Absolutely awesome. I hate going to the dentist but knew I needed work done. I was comfortable the whole time. They were not overly aggressive, took less than a day to feel back to normal. There equipment is up to date so they can make temporary caps on site in roughly 20 minutes. They are in my bcbs network which saved me a boat load of money.

There was no wait, Ashley is very nice and makes me very comfortable. All the staff was very kind. The office and rooms are very clean. I saw Dr. Dull, he gave me a fist bump and is very kind and funny. As a pre teen everyone made me feel very comfortable!

My husband and I found this place after a horrible experience at a dentist. Needless to say, I was a little bit hesitant, They are wonderful pain-free cleanings. Both dentists are incredible.

Both of my children are seen at Monroe Family Dentistry. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The staff and Dr was also very patient with my 3 year old who wasn't to sure about his first dentist appt. My 9 year old actually enjoys going to the dentist and we couldn't be happier with the results so far. Highly recommend for anyone looking for dentist for their children.

I am getting a new crown so they are only 1/2 done. So far so good. Dr Dull is excellent and so is his assistant. He has done different things over the years and everything has been great.

Unfortunately I am “black listed” from ever coming to this facility again. I had a balance from over a year ago of $200 that was apparently sent to collections and a letter was sent to me, that either was never received or may have been over looked, which I will take full responsibility for. Now a year later, I am due for an office visit. I call, they say I have a balance. I ask to pay and make an appt. They said I can pay, but am no longer welcome as a patient. I understand this is a business, but wow. Not even asking about the situation. Just plain out rude and hurtful. I thought this was a family establishment, but they were incredible quick to dismiss me. Again, the failure to pay is no one else’s fault but my own. I just never expected to be treated so harshly.

I am beyond grateful I found Dr. Dull and Monroe Family Dentists. After a very traumatizing experience with a different dental office that put me in the hospital for over a week and nearly a year of physical therapy, I won't go anywhere else. Dr. Dull took my very difficult case on, helped put together a team of specialists, and gave me back normality. When I walked into his office I could open my mouth mere centimeters. It was a process, but in 8 months, I had nearly full range of motion with my jaw. Of course it wasn't solely the doing of MFD, but I truly believe their compassion, knowledge, and desire to help is the reason this traumatic experience had a positive outcome.
