Gretchen and Diane have been very professional in every way. My first experience with hearing aids has been excellent. Every visit is on time, all of my questions answered and adjustments if needed done quickly. I was given options and with Gretchen’s help was fitted immediately with demo aids. My new aids came quickly and have been great. Gretchen is very knowledgeable about the choices available, and all the parts and pieces that accompany the latest devices. I just bought new hearing aids at the Morro Bay Hearing Aid Center. I received excellent professional care from Audiologist Pamela Phelps. The aids I decided to buy were a new product but Pamela quickly ensured that I had the information and skill needed for my purchase and fitting. I did a lot of research and it's clear that the level of satisfaction rests greatly on the services of an audiologist. Pamela is at the Center one day a week and there are other skilled staff in the office every day. This location provides welcoming and professional service from everyone--front desk to adjustments and maintenance. I look forward to having a local service provider to meet my hearing aid needs.

This is probably the best service that we have ever received. We were traveling through Morro Bay northwards and this was one of the very few centers open over the holiday long weekend (July 5th). My dad (in his late sixties) had issues with his right ear hearing aid for more than a week. The audiologist was quick to diagnose and fixed the issue within minutes. She gave us guidelines on cleaning the device and was amazingly pleasant!

Honestly the best, most reliable staff i have ever gotten to know! Gretchen the owner really goes the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable and happy with their service, and they have the best audiologist on the coast! They give a very personal touch to a very professional practice.
