I honestly love this store. I've never felt so welcomed at an establishment before. The sales people are always so amazing and so knowledgeable. It feels good just to be in there. It's my favorite place to get all my metaphysical and spiritual tools.

I bought a couple of bundles of sage in December. The person working at the time was nice and indulged me. In the Lakota way, whenever you receive or gift someone, you have to do a small ceremony. You hand it 3 times, the person “pretends” to receive it, and on the fourth time, you take it into your hands. I also do not handle sage or sacred ítems until it is given to me in this way. That is what I was taught by the elders. When I went into the store to buy sage to gift a relative. I was treated with in the most disrespectful way. The clerk probably thought I had Obsessive Compulsive Disorder as I had asked her to get the sage for me and perform the giving ceremony. She then mocked me and made a joke telling me that I had to place my debit card in the slot four times as well. I said, “You’re joking, right.” She laughed and said, “yes.” Although I do have a great sense of humor, I did not appreciate her mocking the ancient way of our ancestors. If it was a friend, I would’ve laughed. But, I didn’t know her. Why would you mock someone you don’t know. Why would you mock someone’s worldview and cultural ceremonies? I didn’t like it and I don’t appreciate being treated like I’m beneath her. I won’t stoop to her immaturity and make personal attacks. She’s just the type that has to mock others and do things to satisfy her ego because she is unhappy. She is not an energy that draws people in. These places don’t last long and this place is no different, especially if they have someone as pretentious as her working there. Their “stuff” is over priced, trendy, and inauthentic just like the people who work there. I’ll never set foot in this place again. My advice: Grow up.

I love the way the store is set up, it’s so beautiful and full of all kinds of cool stuff. I’m not super knowledgeable about all the stuff that’s in here but the staff is so knowledgeable and helpful. Definitely coming back!

This place is extremely UNPROFESSIONAL. I went in on 05/16 around 3:45 with my friend to browse around but felt completely judged the whole time. The skinny older heffer and the young heavier heffer were texting back and forth on a phone and giggling at my friend and I. How do I know this? Well those two were making it obvious with the stares and by passing the phone back and forth to each other. Once I realized what was going on I immediately turned around and looked them in the eye and both got red and stopped giggling. The bigger girl had the audacity to try to play it off by asking where my friend got her top. Funny how those two work at a “Botanica” but have a NASTY ENERGY towards others and give out MAJOR EVIL EYE. Those two employees should be careful with how they are towards others, maybe a witch will go in one day and straighten them out.

Even tho I've only been there twice I love the environment and the staff! It's very organized and easy to find the things you're looking for! The staff is amazing and very kind! Cant wait to go back!!❤❤❤
