Haven't gotten my nails done in years and decided to book an appointment here. They got me in quickly which was nice, but the nails were not good quality... I wanted long coffin white nails with the letter D on my ring finger, i even have an inspiration picture that i showed them. I'm not confrontational but I can't believe I tipped, let alone paid and said I liked them when they came out so badly.. the nails are lumpy, not smooth at all and the letter D came out horribly. I just wanted to leave at this point because it was embarrassing and there was an uncomfortable atmosphere. I don't think I'll be back unfortunately because now I've got to go get them removed somewhere else and redone... not happy at all. I should have just had them removed then and there

Horrible service. Don’t even let us get our nails done on a Saturday at 10am because they “don’t have time”

I went to Nancy Nails to get a pedicure around 5:00 pm and they told me to go back later on because they had 5 people waiting. I went back at 6:15 pm and they told me they were closed, which contradicts the sign that says they close at 7:00 pm. That's okay though, they're quality of work and customer service isn't up to par. I'll take my business elsewhere.
