I saw Hilary a couple of years ago for my first permanent makeup. I did brows, eyeliner and later did lips as well. When I first went to Hilary, I had become very monochromatic; light hair, light eyes, in other words, blah, blah, blah! After the first session I thought maybe it was a bit more than I was comfortable with. However, each day after having it done, I realized how much bigger and prettier it made my eyes look and made my face look younger, fresher!
On top of the make up being great, Hillary is a delight! She’s so much fun and funny and explains everything really well.

After a very bad experience with permanent makeup several years ago, I was hesitant to try again. My esthetician recommended Hilary to correct and enhance my brows. I only wish I had visited her much sooner. She did an amazing job and I am very pleased with the results. Not only is Hilary an artist in her field, but her personality is delightful. Hilary is a true artist! Plus she's fun! She did an amazing job on my eyebrows. It's natural looking and gave overall balance to my face. I love that my eyebrows always look perfect, and I never have to take time to fill in. I had my eyebrows done 3 years ago. She is meticulous with measuring, outlining and making sure your eyebrows are exactly how you want them each step of the way. Plus Hilary provides two FREE touchups to ensure they are perfect. After 3 yrs my eyebrows started to soften so I went back to Hilary. In less than 45 minutes I have perfect eyebrows again. And this time was only $200. Other places charge $250 or higher. Go see her...you will thank yourself!

Finally made the decision to have my eyebrows and eyeliner done and chose New Image by Hilary. So glad I did! Hilary is very personable and engaging, made me feel at ease immediately as I was shaking in my boots! Her professionalism is outstanding by taking care to explain every step along the way and making sure you are comfortable at all times. But it gets better... she offers 2 FREE touch ups (yes it's true!) for everyone that may need to fill in the areas that your skin did not absorb the first treatment well, which happened to me because my skin didn't respond right away. No problem as I did the 2 free touch ups and was good to go! No one else offers this incredible 2 free touch ups!

I have been seeing Hilary for over 20 years, as needed. She is incredible ! She knows her stuff, I totally trust her. I feel so much better after a procedure. I'm moving soon, but I will fly in to see her as needed, SHE'S THAT GOOD !!!!!!

Hilary does amazing work and stands by her promises. I had my eye liner done and feel comfortable leaving home without putting eye make up on when I want. I can dress it up for special occasions or leave it alone and just go. She is personable and caring while working with you as well.

Just to update my review. I had a lip tattoo for $475 on Oct 2022. This was taken today, March 2023
There's absolutely no color left. I always follow the strict after care guidelines. I regret spending the money.

Hilary is fun, friendly and makes you feel at ease while she is working on you. Her technical skills are top notch and the resulting make-up effects are amazing. I have done eyeliner and lipliner and am so happy with the results. She takes the time to explain everything. She takes pain control seriously (although it really doesn't hurt that bad with the numbing cream). I would highly recommend Hilary for your permanent make-up wishes and I would recommend permanent make-up for anyone who loves to wear make-up!
