Went here for Halloween and we had so much fun we returned for the Jingle Hells event. We were not disappointed. All the people make a point to engage with you regardless of what their job is. They will take photos with you if you request to. My only bit of advice I have is at the refreshment stand. Make the service window smaller for the winter event and maybe add a heater for the servers. They looked so cold.

Our group of 4 had a great time. The costumes and makeup are horror movie worthy!!! The sets are detailed and very creepy. Everyone there is fun and friendly. Some actors had a lot of attitude which I actually found extremely enjoyable although I can imagine some people might be taken aback but hey, loosen up! People in our group found the flashing lights a bit too intense at times and had a slight headache from it but except for that we had a blast! Not much of a line and they were organized to not keep people waiting. Cool they have a story line too. Definitely worth the price for sure. Took maybe an hour to an hour and a half to go through. Loved the souvenir shop as well. So glad we went and would visit again for sure.

Theres so many jumpscares/people following you and such good stories. The workers were SO kind and let us take pictures with them and hug them, they also give out candy for children.
I loved the horror and you would have to jump from side to side because of all of the jumpscares on each wall, big amount of flashing lights and moving floors, and in the beginning there is a super loud noise/jumpscare along with flashing lights but the worker is super nice and gave me a blue bracelet 😉 5/5

Had a great time! Everyone working there was fantastic, and obviously having a great time. Bummer you can't use your phones in the haunted house proper, but I get it. I would have been stopping to take photos of everything. A lot going on, in a good way. Some people/creatures in places you wouldn't expect. A couple spots where it's easy to get disoriented and stuck, but the actors will eventually take pity on you, and help you find your way. Really really fun energy. I'd definitely advise grabbing the line skipper tickets though. We didn't, and regretted it as soon as we got in the real line. Though they do have some really great "people" creeping the line, scaring kids, posing for photos, and roasting people. Makes the line a lot more fun to wait in. But yeah, I'd guess paying the extra $15 a ticket would have saved us about 45 minutes of standing in line. It's definitely worth it either way, and we're gonna be back for sure.

Very awesome! I love going to haunted houses, and Nightmare Realm is the best experience I have ever been to! The amount of detail they commit to on the props is amazing. The makeup and costumes of the actors is truly stunning and life-like (death-like?). And the actors themselves are experts at telling their stories and giving us all a good scare. I love coming here every year.

Family fun night! We loved each of the rooms and all of the intricacies of the props in the house. Fell perfectly with the spooky story. VERY creative. Great actors and the costumes and makeup were impressive! Great experience overall. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back!

I am very picky about my haunted houses and it's been a few years since I've been to one that has really blown me away! You get interaction right away and the actors are amazing they let you take pictures with them and really work the crowd. Once you get into the haunted house portion they have a story line to follow which is something I've never seen before. The scares were great the perfect amount of actors and props. Thank you for a great night out with the family, we really enjoyed ourselves!

This attraction is a ton of fun. The actors are really fantastic, the effects on their own are terrifying and there are some unwilling feature that really make this different than other haunted attractions I've done in the past. However, if you are unable to do strobe lights I do not recommend this for you. I am excited to return next Halloween season.
