Muy mal servicio nunca contestan el teléfono , nunca tienen respuesta tus preguntas nunca ay citas disponibles el personal de front desk no tienen nada de amavilidad.los únicos amables son los médicos pero para ver uno tienes que pasar un largo tiempo llamando porque con suerte ofrecen un cita por teléfono q no sirve d mucho 👎👎👎

I was (and UNFORTUNATELY) STILL am a "patient" in this dump.

Multiple phlebotomists couldn't draw blood without leaving deep, painful bruising for weeks.

The doctors REFUSED to see me in person. A specific doctor whom I fear to say her "description" laughed at me, for my right knee injury because I was "young".

And when I made a complaint to the whoever runs this circus show, I was given a "real" doctor. Unfortunately, this man also refused to see in person as well until 6 months.

I had to wait 2 months for a doctor that I did NOT want. I choose never to go back.

This place is a carnival. They help "certain" people over "others"

And aren't shy about it.

At least the director or whoever tried to fix it. Her advice was to "find another place"

I'm not joking.

It's been 5 years. I have NOT seen a doctor. I still don't have a primary care physician because of this place...

You get what you pay with MEDICAL. Nothing. No respect. Nothing

Treat people with respect, and you'll get respect; otherwise this will happen.

Look at all your negative reviews. It's not just me...

I am filing a formal complaint to MEDICAL for this circus you call a "clinic/medical center/sideshow"

I'm exhausted of places of like this. The worst part is, I don't know where to run for REAL medical care. It's like this EVERYWHERE now.

Underqualified staff, clowns that masquerade as "physicians", and phlebotomists who can't draw blood at all and leave painful, blue, welts, and want to be "paid"

Nice people and Dr's but man to get an appointment takes forever takes 2-3 months to see a doctor. Super inconvenient I wouldn't recommend this place if you're looking for quick appointments for something simple . I looked for another doctor and they had plenty of open appointments .

My first time here and not a good impression. Came in 2 hours earlier to fill out new patient info and waited in my car. Walked inside 2 min after my appointment time and they said they gave my appointment away. Made the appointment a month in advance and they told me the only available date to reschedule was in 5 weeks. Filled with rage at this point. Trying to see if I can change doctors offices because I don’t want to wait 5 plus weeks for a doctors visit.

They are inefficient and never answer their phones. They had my surgery rescheduled twice due to their incompetence. I will be making sure their management know how inconvenient their lack service is especially for important healthcare needs. Unfortunately due to the great need of medical care in the area, my review will make almost no difference. They should take consideration the amount of employees they need to run an efficient healthcare clinic. People deserve at least 'good' service no matter what. Please improve your services!

Although you may have to wait a few minutes to be seen, you are not rushed once you seen by nurse or doctor. The clinic seems as tough they care more than our "regular" physician. They are more apt to order needed test while other doctors we have been to want to try medications first. I whole-heartedly recommend the clinic for at least the first stop for care. Although their hours are limited, with two locations there is usually not a problem being seen unless it's an emergency. In which case, you would go to the emergency room anyway!

Martha and Adriana both are amazing people very helpful, nice, and comprehensive. They're the therapist here. Pretty much all the staff here are nice specially the lab girl! Though the front desk laddies were very rude to my mother the first time she was there, it's a great health center. Five stars because good always overpowers the bad!😊
