DO NOT COME HERE FOR A FLUFF N FOLD. They quoted me ~$60 and pick up in 24 hours. I called the next day, Sunday, they say they’re working with one person each shift all day and it’ll be likely tomorrow. I felt horrible to hear about that kind of working condition and said that’s alright I was happy to wait. Not ready Monday either. When I come up to the laundry mat on Tuesday, the clerk was really rude that my clothes have been done since Sunday. No apologies or anything. My clothes came out nice, but the Fluff N Fold service and washing machines are way too expensive for the quality of customer service and lack of communication that Oceana offers. I’d recommend going elsewhere.

So we have used Oceana five times, maybe six. The first time was great. The second time the owner gave me two free bags and told me not to bring other bags into his business again. The third time we received no notification the laundry was ready, but all was fine except we had an extra shirt that wasn’t ours. This last time, THEY GAVE SOMEONE ELSE OVER $1,000 OF OUR CLOTHES… and gave us this pile of someone else’s clothes… It is not like they mixed up the loads, they washed our clothes with a strangers; how do I know? Because some random persons underwear and towels and clothes were mixed in with ours and we are missing a TON of our own clothes… Infuriating and gross.

Stay away from the wash and fold service. Worst nightmare when it comes to trusting someone else with your clothes… they mix the loads and give away your clothes and give you a bunch of old Costco brand rags with stains on them mixed in with what’s left of your wardrobe instead.

I am not like an opp of this laundry mat, this REALLY HAPPENED. Crazy. We just came home from vacation and opened “our” laundry to find they mixed up our actual clothes with like the pile in the photo:

Disgusting and avoidable. Do not take your laundry here. In all we have spent over $300 in the past month and a half here… Never again. The staff complain about the conditions and clearly the business itself DOES NOT VALUE HYGIENE or have any RESPECT FOR THEIR CUSTOMER’S PROPERTY.

This is NOT the Friendliest Laundry location as the sign states. As a local guide with almost 7 million views on my page it is with great regret that after 6 years as a weekly customer & multiple 5 star reviews, I now leave this location 1 star do to a single unprofessional employee. I simply needed to add my eco-friendly laundry sheet after starting them. I immediately stopped the side-by-side units before they had the chance to tumble the load, weigh & balance before adding water. I asked for assistance since all the employees have cards to start the machine at their will. I showed her the clothes were still dry, but she refused her service to accommodate me. The unfortunate comment was from her poor customer service telling me it was "my fault & responsibility" & she wouldn't swipe her card. I estimate about $6800-7200 of personal investment into the Oceana laundry service as well as what my friends & AirBB properties have paid to Oceana. Her disrespectful & ingenious comment has cost me the ability to no longer use Oceana. It's certainly not about the $7ish loss on the 2 units but about providing a human respect for understanding of error & providing a quality customer service experience for any guest seeking assistance, especially a long-time neighborhood client. I hope a professional management decision will be made & that much better training in the future will established.

I recently visited Oceana Laundry in Oceanside, CA, and was thoroughly impressed. The washers and dryers worked flawlessly, and they have machines of all sizes to accommodate any load.

What truly sets Oceana Laundry apart, however, is their exceptional customer service. We accidentally left a small blanket behind, and when we called the next day, they had it waiting for us. The owner even held onto it until we could pick it up.

Recommendation: If you're in Oceanside and need to do laundry, look no further than Oceana Laundry. Their facilities are clean, efficient, and well-maintained, and their staff is friendly and trustworthy."

Cleanest laundry mat in town. Great customer service. I've gone in to do my own and have used their drop off fluff and fold. The manager went above and beyond to help me and I will continue to use this place. All my neighbors use it as well, even though there are closer spots this one is the best.

Very clean, nice staff. Ease of use with payment cards. Machines are clearly marked and serviced when out of service. There are also several washer sizes to accommodate loads of all sizes. And they have a waiting area with tables so it's great for keeping kids occupied.
