I took 7-Day Ayurvedic Cleanse with Natalie and it was a life-changing experience to me. Natalie guided me through each day with much love and care. Each day she had with me a check-in consultation, treatment, and kitchari meal. It was a deep cleansing and nurturing process. It was not only cleansing the inside and the outside of your body but also cleansing the mind and emotions. The process will cleanse deeply stuffs that not serving you well.
