It was my first time visiting Orchid Beauty Day Spa and I received a massage and micro dermabrasion facial by Lisa. Lisa found and released so many knots in my back that I didn't know I had! She was so nice and regularly checked in regarding the pressure and whatnot. My skin feels incredibly smooth after the facial and the face mask was so relaxing!! I will definitely be back.

Got their Groupon for the microdermabrasian and Swedish massage deal. Wow, what an experience! It was one of the best massages I've had for sure! It had been a great while since I exfoliated when I went there, so my face felt so clean after. They are a small business and not a chain. It's definitely worthy of a shout-out. They had the same day availability when I called to inquire. They work with their customers to give them the best value. They'll match Groupon rates if you pay cash!
*Update* as of June 29, 2024: Had the same service of massage and microdermabrasion facial as before. Same great service! My aesthetician was very thorough and provided a very relaxing facial massage. Came out of there feeling totally relaxed with glowing skin, quite a feat for over-50 imperfect skin (think rosacea, fine lines and discoloration). My face does not feel greasy at all!
*Update: As of 7/9/24 - Returned for their Swedish massage and Microdermabrasion facial last week. The facial was awesome, my aesthetician was a pro as usual. My massage, however, was quite a disappointment. Without mincing my words, it hurt during and after! I believe the masseuse was overworked that day as someone had called off work earlier. Despite asking her to decrease the intensity of her strokes twice, she wasn't able to comply. I ended up with a large hematoma on my back! My regular masseuse was away on vacation. I definitely missed her very capable hands. Lesson learned, I will ask for my favorite masseuse by name next time.

Gina is the best and the prices are very reasonable. I shopped around and found that this is the least expensive place for eyelash extensions. More importantly the customer service is exceptional! I have been going here since 2018 and have never been disappointed. Gina is considered family as far as im concerned, she always takes care of me!

I wish I could give them no stars!! I booked online for spa package for the 17th. I called the same day for confirmation and was told the appointment was booked. I get there at 10:50am to be told I don't have an appointment and I can't book online. Wth! O and the kicker, they don't take coupons on the weekends. After I let the employee talk and apologize, I asked her if she canceled the appointment, because before I could sign in she stopped me and knew I had an 11:00. She just looked wid eyed and started calling employees to come and complete the service. No thanks! Now my whole day is ruined. I was out here for work and wanted relax and get a facial but never again..just ruined!

I've been going to Gina for my amazing facials for the past 8 years. And my most recent massages by Robert are really relaxing.
The whole staff is so kind and considerate. They are a busy spa it's always best to make an appointment. I can't say enough good things about Gina and her staff.

Misleading Groupon deal that says THREE facials plus massage for one price. They price-match but only gave you ONE facial plus 30-min massage for that price.

Had made an appointment to get the individual eyelash extensions, While I was getting the eyelashes put it my eye was burning because the glue got in my eye.( And I know your supposed to keep your eyes closed)The glue had strong smell that the nosy me glanzed over and the lady had a Crazy Glue bottle in her hand!!!! I would not recommend this place to no one.
