Been ordering my Shiseido products from this store for a few years now. They've always been accommodating about shipping to my location in California and recommending the latest products in the Shiseido line that'd be suitable for my skin type!

Most recently, the package I ordered with a few hundred dollars' worth of Shiseido skincare never made it to me -- I was devastated at the prospect of losing all of those products (not to mention my $$). I called the store and they sent me another order right away, no questions asked. They even included tracking information so I could keep tabs on its location as it made its way across state lines.

I went there to buy my usual product I’ve been using for yrs “sheseido” Benefiance. However this time, I was convince by the sale person to buy a more upgraded product. It’s call dé le peau from beauté. She told me it’s a better product from sheseido, and that I would like it better it will improve my skin and shrink my pours. If I don’t like it, I can return it in 30 days however, three weeks later I call and see if I can exchange it and get my original brand that I use and they tell me since I open the product and use it I can no longer return( the lady I talked to on the phone told me that they usually give you the same sample to try before you use the original product, which I have never received it when I purchase the product. However, I did received the gift that came with the purchase. Which is not the product I bought ) that product line cost me almost $500 and now I can’t use it because it makes my face break Out. Now I have to go get my original product from sheseido that o have been using. However, will not go back to that store to give them a dim of my money. And I suggest customer to be careful when they shop at this store.

Located inside the Fubonn shopping center, their two major brand offerings are Shiseido and The History of Whoo. If you are a fan of either, you can probably find your products here along with some other random asian cosmetics. Only one lady who runs the shop so if there are others already being helped, you may need to wait a bit. However, she was kind enough to offer to order a product that wasn't offered in the shop and give a 20% discount for paying up front, so that was cool.

This is a Shiseido Boutique. They carry Cle De Peau, Shiseido, History of Whoo, Mernard and many other brands.
They have a seperate facial room where they provide facial services for there regular customers. All the beauty consultants are very nice and friendly. Because it is a specialized Shiseido boutique they therfore have the entire product lines that you can find at the department stores.
