These people don’t care about people time.
They schedule as many people as they contact, without thinking if they can provide services or not.
My wife appointment time was 10:45 am today, but it’s 12:10 no doctor to see her. They take the patient inside and the nurse doing some paper works and other stuff to give a felling to the patient they are doing something, but that’s not necessary they try to make you busy to be shut up.
They should care about people time. It’s not a walk in, it’s appointment scheduled from days ago.
I asked the front desk why you don’t care about people time, it’s 1 and half hour from our appointment but still no provider.
She said I don’t discuss, we are back and there is only one provider.
You know about your providers then schedule as much patients as you can handle.
Then I said if there is anyone responsible that I talk to, she still says I don’t want to discuss.
I don’t know why business people always think about earnings, not people, not people time, not being good too.
I don’t know if I would be able to find someone or someplace to complain about this location and their weak services.
I hope some day someone take care of such annoying behaviors.
Now it’s 12:20, still no doctor came to see my wife and she is sitting down in the room waiting for provider. It 12:27 without seeing the provider we are leaving.

I had appointment today at 10:45 am and now it’s 12:01 but still no provider to come and see me.
If you arrive later than 15 minutes they reschedule you.
They don’t care about people time.
When you schedule it’s from days ago.
They just add people to their schedule without caring if they can provide services or not.
It’s really annoying.
When they don’t care about patients time and plan.

The interior could use some paint and remodeling, but this place is a life saver. They are the only place I could get an early pregnancy ultrasound when something seemed wrong. OB wouldn’t see me until 8 weeks. PCP couldn’t see me urgently. Urgent care doesn’t offer transvaginal ultrasound. ER requires more severe symptoms. Planned Parenthood is the only place I could find to fill this gap in care. I called early in the morning and was able to get a same-day appt. The clinician was knowledgeable, did all the services I needed, and advised me on next steps. Definitely gave me and my family peace of mind that I was going to be ok. Thank you so much.

The front desk was so hostile and rude. Her attitude made me uncomfortable considering I thought this place was a safe place. She wouldn’t even make eye contact. Then I get called in and the lady helping me made me feel uncomfortable. I explained my situation and she says “that doesn’t make any sense” in a rude manner. Not a great experience.

I’m shocked by how many bad reviews there are. I had such a great experience this morning as a first time patient at Planned Parenthood. The ladies at the front desk were nothing but kind and respectful. I was helped out by Gabriella who really eased my nerves and the nurse practitioner was just as helpful. They explained everything thoroughly and answered all of my questions no matter how ridiculous they seemed to me. I left within an hour of my appointment time. This experience has helped me as someone who grew up, not knowing much about reproductive health, and I will definitely return.

This location is a joke. This is supposed to be a safe place and the people at the desk do not make you feel that way. The manager Marcela was so rude. I drove over 2 hours for this appointment and had a good faith estimate form sent to me before the drive. I get here and they surprise me with a bill over $700 more than I was told. They refused to work with me and were very hostile. This organization is supposed to help and they do not do this at this location and after being in the office for over an hour with my SO and the manager fighting with me, she then decides that my SO is no longer allowed to stay with me inside the building as I waited. I am so confused and let down by this location. Next time I'll take the appointment 4 months out in Reno, they have always been amazing. Update They also decided to call the police on my SO even though we were just sitting quietly in the back corner and he didn't come into the back office with me, she called the police after I was took to the back. Update #2 The cop did show up, he was very nice and unsure why he was there. The manager told the 911 operator that my SO was making threats against them per what the officer said, no threats were ever made and we sat on our phones in the waiting room the entire time while waiting for them to figure out their billing mistake. I paid the overage and now have to do a dispute through the good faith link, the Dr Lilian who did my insert was the only nice and understanding person who works here. I'm baffled about what happened and that planned Parenthood called the police on us and made a false claim of threats when my SO literally stood by and didn't say more than why is the bill so much. Beyond disappointed in this place and this location tarnishs Planned Parenthood good name. Can't believe they would waste an officers time who I'm sure had more important things to do.

In my opinion, it's not respectful to keep you waiting for almost 2 hours just to give you a shot of contraceptives. I arrived at 3:10 and it was 4:50 when I decided to leave the room that they left me waiting for long time with the door closed. So, I’ve lost 2h of my day and I didn’t take the shot, I need to leave to don’t get late for the university.
Really, it’s unbelievable, how they can be so bad employees, I arrive 1h before my appointment and 1h after my appointment they didn’t give me what I need!!!!! Unbelievable!!!!
I want to find a way to report this, not respectful at all, I’m telling so bad till now because of this situation, neglect, disregard, not respectful… it is what o felt.

They asked you what services and personal question at the front desk in front of everyone. When you request privacy the accuse you of not wanting to disclose your information. This is the first planned parenthood where they don’t take you to the back or offer you forms for the question they ask you in public. I felt very uncomfortable and unwelcomed and I refuse to have my health in the hands of center who acts like that. I’m sure the rest of the office is professional but the ladies up front are a representative of what the office attitudes are. I cancelled my appointment and I believe this place could do better with discernment as that is planned parenthood’s motto. Do not go to this location they are a walking HIPAA violation.
