I love the store because the owner are nice and welcoming when you come. They're willing to help you find what you're looking for. They are like family to me. They picked out 2 oils for me today on my 20 year anniversary and that really made me feel special. Thanks and Islam beloveds?

I was a faithful customer spending close to $100 per month on bundles and products until I tried to exchange a $7 item, and they said no. I was shocked! It was not damaged or anything! I thought I could at least exchange the item. He said he couldn't put it back on the shelf. Ok, but to keep my business, you could have maybe discarded it and allowed me to exchange the item, and I would have kept coming back! But no! The friendly guys lost a faithful customer who spent around $100 a month to profit a few dollars! That's not good business sense at ALL!!!!!!!! There was no disclosure on the receipt stating that I couldn't exchange it. CUSTOMER'S BEWARE!! Don't be fooled by the friendly guys!! "SEE YOU TOMORROW!" HA! NOT!!!

I absolutely LOVE the customer service here. The selections are on point and the store is ALWAYS clean. I will not go to any other beauty supply store. The men who work there are so sweet and courteous with an amazing sense of humor. I never feel profiled or uncomfortable there. They always ask if we need assistance. I wish every establishment had people like them. Great job y’all
