100% hand wash service did an amazing job! This place pay's attention to details & will leave your car looking brand new! They even buffed out my scratches! 100% recommend I will not be going anywhere else! Great customer service and super clean! When they first opened, it was excellent. This last time, I took in my car, bird poop still on the back window, dirt spots still on body, mats still dirty, and cupholders still dirty. For $50 I expect that stuff to be cleaned. this car is a less than a year old, no kids, no pets, no parking under trees, etc. Very basic clean job and very disappointed.

Came here first time ever came first impression is a very well run establishment. I have a big truck considering I only paid like 34 to get the outside and inside wash and wipe down is a really good price already for me. It saves me a hassle from doing it at home it was done less than 20 minutes. It was a very well done job.highly recommend

I have been living in Denver for the past 2.5 years and have not been able to find a a good car wash. So needless to say when I came out for the holidays I was looking forward to a good ole California wash. I returned to this location as it is now under new ownership. Each one of the two brothers were at the location on my visits. They provided me EXCELLENT customer service. The wash was 100% hand wash, priced well and very detail oriented. I could not be happier with the experience. I am so glad I returned to the location and got my vehicle taken care of there. The new owners have a bright future there. Anyone in the Moorpark, Simi, Westlake, T.O. area should definitely come and visit. Thanks Platinum.

I searched "best car wash in moorpark" and platinum car wash definitely lived up to that. Very nice and honest hardworking people. They did such a great job and I left smiling. Also I can't believe how fast they finished. Pretty nice waiting room too.
Going to recommend them to everyone.

I'm very disappointed because I'm a new resident of Moorpark and I so wanted to find a good car wash but unfortunately this is not it. My mom brought my late father's Corvette in for a detail and the job they did was okay. It's had some spots which I was a little disappointed with, but okay. The problem came when I realized that they hadn't closed the trunk all the way when they ran it through the car wash and the back of the car flooded. Once that happened, the amplifier was under 3 in of water and completely destroyed. I went in to give them the opportunity to do the right thing and submit it to their insurance company. But after 3 weeks I still have not heard from the owner. I feel like I gave them a long enough period of time to make this right but they have decided not to contact me. This is unacceptable and will of course be taken to small claims court. Good news for me is that my wife is a lawyer and this won't cost us anything. We have the evidence and it's so obvious that they screwed up. I just wish that they would have done the right thing and actually submitted it to insurance. I'm sure this is not an experience that everyone has, but this is my most recent experience and it is by far below standards. I understand people make mistakes and that's okay but to do it and absolutely refuse to contact me to discuss. It is unacceptable. So for that I would give this zero Stars if I could. If you do bring your car to this place just make sure that they actually do what they said they're going to do and not screw up and leave your tailgate open and ruin something in your car. I'm so disappointed because I really wanted to like this place and unfortunately with this I will never return. It cost me over $2000 worth of damages FYI.

I loved this car wash once they reopened. The owner was so nice and my car looked great every time. I went in this past week and had a bad experience. First when my car was done, it looked so dirty still. Nothing was wiped off in my car, there was still dirt all over my suv and mud. I also noticed when I went to tip the guy, that he stole the cash I put in my center console that morning. It was only a few dollars but still. I still gave him $5 and thanked him. When I got home my husband said it didn’t even look like I went to the car wash and then when I told him about the cash, he wasn’t happy. Even though it was a few dollars, you trust the people who are in your car. I already have to grab my son and worry about grabbing my stuff. I don’t want to have to worry about what’s in my center console too.
