OVERCHARGED. Got the 250mL Anua heartleaf toner for $32 when its $23 on the anua US website. My fault for not looking at prices online I guess. Charging almost 45% over retail is wild.

The only place where I could find Nature Republic Argan Oil Hair Pack(200ml)
Paid $12.99, which is pretty expensive, so if you want cheaper options like two times cheaper) order from one of Korean online websites.

Personal was friendly, but they don’t really know their products. When I asked they said they don’t have any Nature Republic products and offered to show me what they do. Turned out they actually do have what I was looking for, so overall I was happy with my visit.

‼️Take into consideration there’s no refund or exchange! They put a stamp saying that and also worn you before your purchase.‼️

i hate to leave a bad review but the employees were rude and condescending unfortunately :/ came in around 6pm and as soon as i stepped foot into the store, i heard “you go home!” i was taken aback because i thought the lady was talking to her coworker to let her leave early or something, but as i turned around, i noticed she was talking to me. she then said, “we’re closing soon!” according to google, they close at 8. i’m sorry if i didn’t notice a 6pm closing time on their door, but they easily could have said something along the lines of “i’m sorry but we are actually getting ready to close, but we open at X time tomorrow.” i’m here visting on vacation and i felt very looked down upon. my family ended up buying stuff from here and i wish they didn’t because they didn’t deserve their money after being rushed out the door and them being extremely rude.

I just wanna say that being a kind human and having good customer service really does go a long way. Not trying to bash the women that work here but I wish they would do better, much better. I only come to this area for my skincare that I usually buy on the 2nd floor at La Belle (where they’re actually nice and speak to their customers). Anytime I come in this store there is never other customers but I am never ever spoken to or offered help. Just stared at. Also, I realized today that they are waayyyy overpriced! They charge close to $10 more on some of the more popular products. Definitely won’t be coming back here

BE CAREFUL. They will sell cosmetic products that are nearly expiring or already expired. The expiration date printed on the bottom of the products are removed by their employees. The ones printed on the top of the tub were cut.

이렇게 물건 보다 기분 나쁜 곳은 처음이에요. 뭔가 직원이 많고 친절한 듯 하지만 조금 구경하고 있다보면 일 하는 분들이 많이 지쳐 있고 힘들다는 느낌을 받을 수 있어요. 물론 열심히 일하시는 분들도 있겠지만 내가 이것 저것 보다가 아이라이너를 좀 볼 수 있냐고 하니까 아주 귀찮은 듯이 꺼내주고 다른 색도 볼 구 있냐고 물으니 귀찮은듯 함숨 쉬면서 꺼내더라구요. 그 아이라이너 제품은 약간의 토너와 섞어 쓰는 것처럼 보여 물어보니까대답을 안하고 다른 곳을 처다 봤어요. 내가 토너까지 달라고 할까봐 무지 걱정이 되셨던것처럼.

입술 틴트를 보다가 remover가 없어서 휴지좀 달라고 했더니 아주 불친절하게 두루마리 휴지 좀 뜯어서 주신 캐쉬어 분도 만만치 않으셨다는...

너무 불쾌해서 마스크 팩만 사고 나와서 플라자 중간에 있는 카트로 가서 아니라이너 샀습니다. 훨씬 친절하시고 제품 설명도 잘 해주셨어요. 같이 있던 손님이 plaza cosmetics 불친절하기로 소문이 자자하다고 한마디 하고 가셨구요.

다들 주말까지힘들게 일하는거 알아요. 하지만 이렇게불쾌감을 주는 store이라면 개선점을좀 찾으셔야할것같네요.

Rude and more expensive than the stores nearby. I am Mexican so the saleswoman was following me closely and talking down to me. An Asian girl entered the store and she completely ignored her.
