Overall a great pharmacy to go to my only complaint sometimes you have to remind them a few days before your refill date to Make sure they have it on time for you. Overall staff is helpful and friendly .waiting time is usually less than 10 to 15 minutes

DO NOT use this pharmacy! They are the worst at maintaining your personal information and privacy! I specifically asked the pharmacist to maintain my privacy while at the counter and he yelled my prescription and my name in the lobby! Disgusting

Took the girl over 15 minutes just to fill out a COVID19 card, had to let her know we still had a DR appointment so she can speed it up. The pharmacy wasn't even busy. Time management and some good multitasking skills is what they need

Used to love this place when John was there. The Putnam branch went downhill when the new location opened. I was treated rudely and even lied to. One time, I was told my RX would be ready In 25 min. An hour later: “Not quite ready, we’re working on 500 orders” (3 people waiting with me). 15 more minutes: “Not till Monday”. Another time they said they were out of stock when they were not.

I came and got my Covid19 shot. The staff was very helpful and the pharmacist was extremely helpful answering all my questions and concerns. Not only did they help me but also texted me on my birthday. I know that to some it might not mean anything but to me that simple gesture made my day. After that I changed pharmacy's and now I only go to Porterville Pharmacy.

This pharmacy is very friendly and fast , staff is super polite. only down fall is they say they open at 9:00am everyday but John (the store owner) doesn’t get here until after 9:20 . This has happened every single time I come to this pharmacy I don’t understand why say your business opens at a certain time and not there before opening hours . It doesn’t hurt to be there 10 or 5 minutes before opening time or be there on time . there’s always a line of people waiting for the doors to be open in the morning along with their staff . It’s super ridiculous.

Slow service always have to wait. Been told the prescription would be done in 15 minutes and a hour later still no prescription. Also when I wanted to switch pharmacy's(today) they didnt want to let my prescriptions go to the new pharmacy.
