I had a great experience at Prim! I was in town for a few days and just couldn't stand my hair anymore. I'd renently damaged it using henna. My regular stylist had told me nothing could be done. Victoria (at Prim) noticed the "green" cast to my hair right away and gave me a great cut and let me know that a Brazilian Blowout would help repair my hair and take out some of the green. She even generously offered to come in early the next day to do the treatment since I had limited time in town. Overall a great experience - they reallly went the extra mile to help me when I needed it!

It's a little pricey if you're used to Great Clips and the like, although those places are notching up prices as well.
My stylist was friendly, practical and helpful. She answered my questions and was able to work with my lazy directions. She made me look great, cut the hair to the perfect length, and was very gentle with my somewhat delicate scalp. I'll definitely go back.

HIGHLY recommend this salon! Chrystal and her team are incredible at what they do. This is the most amazing salon in California hands down. It is such a pampering experience and always so clean and fun. They always take the time to give me exactly what I ask for and go above and beyond. I got a hair cut here and my stylist was Brianna, the outcome was amazing! I came in here with very damaged hair, since I didn’t get trims and let my hair grow out for 2 years. The transformation was absolutely amazing!! I also decided to get bangs and I’m in love with my new hair! I would definitely recommend coming to Prim to get your hair done. All the stylists are nice and respectful. I added a before and after picture of my hair to show the huge change, my hair looks and feels healthier than ever

Crystal styled my hair for my wedding and did a fantastic job! She also was able to accommodate me a month or two before the date, which I super appreciated since my previous hair dresser needed to cancel. She was not super talkative, which may not work for some people, but I personally did not mind at all. I would definitely recommend Prim!

I have textured curly hair and always had a hard time with it, Chrystal has helped me to manage my hair and given me an amazing cut.
Also I love the salon atmosphere and all the other stylist are great!

They ruined my hair. I had a gloss put on (which I’ve done at other salons with no problem), and it changed the color of my hair. When I pointed this out, the hairdresser tried to argue with me, as if I’m not positive what color my hair was when I walked in. Then she said, “oops! It wasn’t supposed to do that.” They have no idea what they are doing. Now my hair is a brassy color, and I have roots. Avoid them at all costs.

i loved the experience, the stylists are definitely so confident and dedicated and create such a great atmosphere to be in! i got a much needed hair cut and im so happy with how it turned out :))
