I have great eyebrows and I’m extremely picky , have high expectations . Anna met my needs. Communication is key on both ends on what you want. Eyebrows on point, nose hair gone, nails done right. Bringing my husband and son here soon!

Letting my natural nails grow for my wedding my gel dip nail polish kept all the way through the second round which is today~nails look fabulous so far very impressed with Anna and her customer service.

Update- 5/2 I had my nails done for my wedding. Yes I will agree that not all techs do great work but Anna does! She’s calm and listens to you . She’s always been on point !

Such a disappointing customer service experience!

I visited this salon for the first time, and it will certainly be my last. I paid for gel builder nails, which only lasted two days before all my nails peeled off. When I returned to express my concerns, the staff accused me of causing the issue myself.

I requested a refund so I could go elsewhere, but the woman at the front desk raised her voice and spoke to me in an unprofessional and disrespectful manner.

I will never return to this salon.

This might have been the worst “luxury” pedicure of my life - which is disappointing given that I’m a repeat customer. The woman who did my pedicure wasn’t prepared to give a pedicure (cream pants, unbuttoned cream jacket with no shirt underneath). She did the bare minimum (didn’t file or clean under the nails), set the timer for the fifteen minute massage and then proceeded to walk away and then did a (maybe) 6 minute one handed massage because she had her head buried in her phone texting. The absolute capper was her asking if I wanted “extra” massage. How about the massage I paid for? Word to the wise… if anyone other than the women in the blue jackets tries to do your pedicure, walk away.

Pro nails is right!! First time here, they took great care of my ingrown toenails and made my feet have circulation, I can feel myself walk! I had to leave 5 stars. Would recommend!! Can’t wait to go back and get waxed!

Don’t go here! It has progressively gotten worse.
I did dips with gel, and as they were being cured the polish was not setting, it has ripples and Nancy said, “ oh I don’t know why it’s doing that!” I didn’t want to fuss. She already seemed like she was rushing and in a hurry.

So after going home I see all the rest with ripples. So let her know she says to come back in. Now she has removed the dips it seems and just put gel, one week later and they have all started peeling. I didn’t realize that the dips were being drilled off.

I didn’t call her again and she said “ do dips only next time” I’m annoyed. It’s ok-I won’t be going back!

They did a very good job on my nails. It lasted for long. Their prices is market reasonable. As soon as you enter, front desk welcome their customers with a smile and take care of them quickly. No long waits. Yes, very welcoming, very professional. I personally been going to PRO nails for 5 years and won't change. Manager is very professional and pleasant.

I don’t like to give bad reviews but I felt so disappointed when I went to this nail salon. I had a pedicure and a manicure and the girls were very sweet. I’m not giving a bad review because of the professionalism but due to their products. I believe they use cheap polish that chips and doesn’t apply easily. It was clear it was very thick. In fact, I had to go in an hour plus to have them fix my nail because it was still mushy. Sorry Pho Nails invest in better products and you’ll have reoccurring customers.

This spa is the best retreat 💓 they always do a amazing job on my nails massages. And I got the best hair do ever! Good prices I really recommend it.
