I started using these cosmetics recently and have been obsessed at first try, mostly their eye-shadow palettes after I saw one of my favorite make up bloggers review their products. They are hard to find in the local drugstores I went to a local Walmart and found a few things there so I placed an order online since their selection is amazing. I received all my products, but they mistakenly sent me a set of blushes instead of the highlighter palette I had ordered. I immediately reached out to customer service, and as always I feel with any customer service department to give them between 1-3 days to respond in which they did. They immediately mailed out the actual product I had ordered and told me to keep the blush set I received by mistake. Honestly their products are amazing every single one I have tried from blush to eyeshadow I just can't get enough of them and even their brushes are to die for!!!

I just was curious if you sell your eyelash glue separately? Out of all the glues I have used your product glue is the best, and it's just a small tube. So can or do you have them in a bigger tube and sell it separately. I absolutely love it and it comes with the eyelashes but I think you should sell it in a bigger container pleeeease!! Thank you.

Gosh it is hard for me to do this to the make up company that I was such a fan of... But, their customer service sucks. I was prompted (while placing an order) that if I spent $40.00 I would receive a brush set as a gift. So of course I spent the $40.00. But, I didn't get the brush set. I emailed sales@profusioncosmetics several times and used the messenger feature on their website several times as well and literally have been ignored. Nobody got back to me. I think it is worth pointing out that I have purchased so many products from this company. I was such a fan. But, ignoring a customer is just not right. It is enough to convince me to spend my money elsewhere. Your loss is someone else gain.

Bought feel good skin foundation used it once and it caked in my fine lines horribly! Now I find they have a no returns policy if opened. I won't be buying another profusion product.

I have always used high end eyeshadow and the eyeshadow pallets from profusion are just as great if not better!!!!!! The price is affordable! I had to have them all 🙂
