The best dispensary in Humboldt. Been going here since they’ve opened. They always have best selection and prices. Lots of promos! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Always willing to help you find what you need. Highly recommend

Hands down the largest selection on the north coast. They have so much stuff it’s ridiculous. If they don’t have it you can request it. Great knowledgeable staff. Did I mention they price match. They also offer a wide variety of daily specials and promotions all the time. Check them out you won’t be disappointed.

I’ve come to proper wellness for the past 4-5 years and have always receive great customer service and on top they have a variety of products to try… I’ve tried even pet oil drops for my dogs worked amazing, their bath bombs, disposables, and not to mention their flower is always amazing. I 100% recommend proper wellness. Hands down the best shop in Eureka!

Talk about saving the day! I had a total 'cart-astrophy' tonight, losing my disposable and needing a replacement ASAP. I rushed to Proper Wellness just before closing, expecting to be met with sighs and rushed service. Instead, these guys were AMAZING!
The dude at the counter was super chill, even though I'm sure I looked panicked. I told him what I needed and gave him my budget, and BAM! He pointed me to exactly what I was looking for. No upselling, no BS, just helpful vibes.
The store itself is bright and airy, not like those dingy shops where you can barely see the product. Everything is beautifully displayed – it's almost like an Apple Store for weed! Even the check-in was a breeze; the lady at the front was all smiles and efficiency.
But here's the kicker: even though I barged in 10 minutes before closing with a million questions, they didn't rush me one bit. They patiently answered everything, making sure I was happy with my purchase.

The staff really don't know what they're doing. Expensive tourist prices. You can find better deals going inland a little. Different staff give you different answers.

This is one of those stores where the budtenders slander farmers and vendors, I overheard them bad mouthing humboldt brands very unprofessional I would have fired that whole staff, they are rude and it’s so grotesque I will not be returning to this store. It’s the budtenders job to sell product on the shelf before it gets old it’s like blaming a tomato farmer for fruit rotting on shelves when the grocery store let their fruit rot instead of selling it . Hard pass

If you're looking for anything, 😆 they have it! If you're looking for a specific item in general most of the time they will have the brand of type of item but possibly not the exact strain or flavor. However beinga here a few times I can say there's nothing they don't have! On the down side is inventory for staff( I'll work there. I ❤️ counting) & checking dates on item before paying if it's to close to a date that you don't fancy ask if they have any in the back, newer possibly. Anywho I do also like the fact they have an ID check in lounge then a locked door you have to be buzzed into to actually be where product is. 👏 KUDOS to owner for employee safety. ALSO THERE TAXES ARE INCLUDED IN PRICE! NO RANDOM ANOTHER $10 IN TAXES YOU DIDNT EXPECT. My favorite things that I enjoy in dispensaries is having my taxes be included- they say it's $45- it's $45 out the door. Change drives me nuts & I love just an even dollar amount. Just me. I'm not saying I don't get taxed-yes I do. However I will include this receipt & you can see how it was the $45 the budtender told me.

Anywho, Def go to place to ck out the amount of items & brands they have.

Wouldn’t accept my dmv paper for replacement id even with a photo copy id and physical tribal id because it wasn’t a California tribe Stupid. And the “customer service” was terrible. Do better.
