My god I when to this place Queen Nail in morada shopping center for change my color of my nails gel nails and she did horrible job like kindergarten paint my nail and she change me for the unprofessional work

Service was horrible . I asked how much is the pedicure, shellac,massage and if they do acrylic toes. They said yes and I asked to break down the prices since I’m new here . They started to get frustrated and I already don’t like the service because of the attitude they have. so I just chose the basic plan. Which was 30$ I tried to make conversation at least 3/4 different times and was ignored. The girl in the last pic with the bun was the worst. She kept mugging me and kept laughing. DONT RECOMMEND ⚠️😭

They were nice and all, the whole experience was okay. However my only two issues were that I had gel nails done with an extra adjustment done, and my toenails broke after about two weeks to were I had to cut them down. They also did not soak off my previous gel on my toes, they took the electric nail file to file it down to my nail a few times which did make me a little mad but I didn't think too much about it. You can see on my big toes how the nails ripped and my attempt at cutting them down a little bit. This was after 2.5 weeks

When I walked into the salon, they thought I didn’t know what they were saying about me and the whole time I sat still until I had enough. They made fun of me the entire time and left at me and joke me out .

They drilled into my skin and laughed about it just left every time they want to continue to continue to drill into my skin

Mean and horrible!!! This was my first time and will be my last!! She was mean and horrible!! I called before I went in to see if they were busy...she said they were not. I go in get right in a chair.....of course I'm from the country wasn't dressed very nice, but needed my nails cut...that's it, just nails cut!! Holiday's and all I let them go...anyway...as soon as people started walking in dressed better then me she rushed and did her thing!! There is so much more to say.but I'm tired...all I know it's the worst place.i have ever been!!! Back to Elizabeth's in lodi!!! Screw morada!!

This was the worst pedicure my mom and I have ever had! This place doesn’t use the spa pedicure liners and we never saw them disinfect the other ones that had been used by customers who left before us. We should have left as soon as we saw that. But worst of all, they scrub your feet with old reused scrubs!! They washed the scrubs in the water my feet were in and then wrapped it in a paper towel and stored it back in their cart. Absolutely disgusting. My feet are so cracked now when they were not like that before.
