10/10….the staff is very friendly, offering water or tea upon arrival. I’ve bee 3 times for a gel manicure and have been impressed every time. They are extremely gentle and pay attention to detail. I have gone three weeks in between appointments due to travel and not once have I had a chipped nail or issue with the gel separating from the nail. They can do any design from holiday themes to super thin French manicures that look stunning. I won’t go anywhere else! ✨

I’m an RSM resident for 16 years now and didn’t see this hidden gem. These ladies are wonderful and kind and very good at their job. They take their time and do a great job. The store is clean and they give you a water upon arrival. I’ve been here twice now and my experience has been a 10 both times. I’m referring my girlfriends here next. Give it try. You won’t be sorry.

They’re normally amazing no matter who does my nails! I always ask if they can do the design and she said she could🥲 I ended up getting it fixed at royal nails. That was my only bad experience with them ever though! I’d still recommend to others.

Don’t come here unless you want get a nail infection. Came here to get a manicure, few days passed by and my finger started to hurt and get swollen formed a little bubble of pus. Would recommend 0 stars.

Not sure how this place has 5 stars? I called before going in on Friday to make sure they had time. I got there and felt very rushed. As they were closing everyone in the place had their coats on hovering around the table as if they were rushing her as well. The older lady doing my nails did an awful job with gel. My nails looked like a 5 year old did them. Lumpy, wavy and bumpy. Not exaggerating at all! I had to take them off asap because the tips she added were pointed upwards so I afraid dirt and food would get underneath and cause major issues. What a waste of time and money.

This is my go to nail spot with my mom when I’m in town! The staff is always kind, patient, and professional. My gel manicure always last at least 3 weeks. Highly recommend!

This was my first time here. The staff is very friendly and attentive. I really enjoyed the hot stone massage and the callus remover treatment. The salon is very clean, comfortable and relaxing. The service was great and I will definitely be coming back!!!
