Mercedes gave me my first Hydrafacial, Platinum to be exact, ever and it was amazing! Her room setup was so cozy, relaxing and inviting and her presence was calming. ABSOLUTELY could not recommend anybody better than Mercedes. I have been getting my sugaring services solely and most of my facials from her for over a year and hope she never leaves Humboldt. Not only is she extremely thorough and knowledgeable about her services, she honestly feels like my friend. She remembers the things I tell her about my family and friends, she asks about my work trips, she even let me take a call from my boss mid-Brazilian (and proceeded to finish my service as gently as possible because busy girls don’t have time to wait and she knows it). All in all best facials and sugaring services I’ve EVER received. 10/10
