Excelente lugar no dudes en venir debes tener chaleco de seguridad y casco debes entrar a la balanza pesar el camión por el teléfono te dirán la puerta y ve directo al grano la mujer es muy amable ya estando en puerta separar el camión del trailer lleva los papeles a la oficina y al regresar ya la luz estará en verde son muy rápidos

Great experience at Resolute Mill. The evening shipping/receiving guy was very nice and let me park overnight because i was out of hours. Quick loading too!

In and out in 15 minutes literally. I did scale in, backed into a door, walked in the receiving office and waited there (inside you wear a hard hat, apparently the waiting room is not safe)
7 minutes later I was given the bills, scaled out and that’s was it.
Awesome place. I don’t know why people complain about the receiver. He was ok. Just doing his job.
Trailer was swept super clean. I don’t know how and when. Did my 10 here. 5 stars.

If you are bringing in a load of scrap paper get on the scale and have your release/ delivery number ready to go when you pick up the phone. The day shift guy working in the office is a no nonsense kinda guy and humorless. Once you get a dock number back in and shut the truck off and head into the receiving office. Once in there you have to put on a safety vest and hard hat. Why the hard hat sitting in the little waiting room I haven’t a clue. Especially when the employee sitting in the office isn’t wearing one. They are quick at unloading and even sweep out your trailer for you. You scale out empty head back to the office for your paperwork and down the road you go.

Scrap delivery. Get on scale and use phone by scale to give the guy delivery number. Save your "hellos" these guys are straight to business no time waiting. Vest and hard hat required they can Leland you those. In and out quickly. Scale out

They’re the best ..second time I come here .save time, go into the scale directly and give the del#. In 10 min They unloaded me and swip The trailer ,idk how they do it .they also Took me 2 hours earlier ,they took a guy NexT to me a day earlier.. i dont mind The attitude like some people Say ,if Youre in and out of here ,Who cares ? They also have parking ,best ever !!!
