RISE is the best gym around. If you’re a fitness pro or just a beginner, Joe goes out of his way to make sure you have a workout that suits you. The classes at RISE are my favorite classes I’ve been to, there is always a mix of ages, fitness levels and everything is explained to be advanced or modified. There is no locking you into a membership and sneaky fees, Joe truly cares about everyone and puts emphasis on health first. I recommend to all ❤️

BEST GYM YOU WILL EVER GO TO! Clean, fair price, grind time environment, and knowledgeable owner if any questions about training. Equipment is also very nice, and maintenance’s are done when needed. Go give Joe some love and sign up for a membership. Your journey starts now, there is no tomorrow…

This gym is 24 hours and offers many personalized services. Joe, the owner, is very friendly and knowledgeable. The prices for membership and additional services are extremely reasonable. Great equipment and a lot of information on how to use it all. The best part is how everyone who goes there is friendly, and it's a nice "family" we have.

RISE Fitness is not like any other gym I've been to. For starters, it's extremely clean and doesn't smell like a sweaty gym. The owner, Joe, is extremely knowledgeable on health and fitness. He's passionate about what he does and personally invested in making sure every client that enters his gym has a positive workout experience. He takes the time to educate you on what each piece of equipment is for, the proper way to do workouts, and how each exercise rep benefits different parts of your body to build strength and mobility. I would highly recommend!

Rise is an amazing place! Not only is it clean and accessible, it is extremely welcoming and a truly comfortable place to workout and learn habits and plans that aren’t overwhelming. This is the place to be if you want change your lifestyle and do it in a manner that works for you. Joe is always available to help and educate and far surpasses the expectations of any other trainer or business owner I’ve ever encountered. Becky runs kick butt classes and is encouraging and helpful. If you’re reading this review and wondering if it’s for you, trust me it is! Stop in and check it it. I can’t say enough god things about Rise!
