Only for the pharmacy side, the regular store workers have always been really nice. Poor customer service. They don't pick up the phone and then give attitude when you have to ask questions in person, as though their time is being wasted when it is their own fault for not picking up the phone. They claim all their issues are due to not having enough staff when sometimes their staff are just standing there chatting amongst each other and not about anything related to their work. Really gone down hill this last year.

I went to pick up my son’s antibiotics, and they let me know it’s going to be ready in the evening. I call 3 hours later to make sure it’s ready before I drive there and they me know that they are out of stock and that it won’t be ready until tomorrow evening. Honestly I would have them rather told me the first time that way I could have called the doctor and switched prescription as my son had double ear infection but now it’s later in the day and might even be harder to his prescription. Definitely won’t be going back.

Do not use this pharmacy if you need your medication within the hour. They take an entire day to fill antibiotics and tell you a made up time to come back when it should be ready. When you do come back they give you more excuses on why it’s STILL not ready. I switched to Walgreens in Chico and get quick and easy service and they actually answer their phone!

This pharmacy is such trash and it's the only one out of 2 here in town. They're unprofessional and told me my prescription was 1st come 1st serve and that I wouldn't get it if I didn't call even if the prescription was sent in my name! And they gave my mom the wrong antidepressant at an extremely high dose and almost killed her. Still dealing with corporate a year later. Nothing has changed. How has nothing been done with all these issues and bad reviews?

I've been out of my medication for 4 days. My dr called in a brand new, higher dose 2 days ago and it hasn't been filled. I've been calling them every hour for 4 days (i work all day) and when I have been in the store 30 minutes before the pharmacy closes, there's been several people in line and the pharmacy tech told me they weren't taking any not customers and to not bother waiting in line. I'M OUT OF MY essential medication. For 4 days. And I can't get anyone to answer or to even look up my prescription in person. I've tried using the automated refill option and tried using the service online, and nothing.

I used to like this pharmacy, but as of several months ago my experience is completely different. can no longer get anyone to answer the phone, they won't even bother to put me on hold. After last month I gave up on calling and now will stop by when I get into town. My son's Dr. can't even get through to them over the phone.

I spent the better part of this day, trying to arrange for prescription delivery, which was impossible without becoming a rewards member. I don’t want any of their rewards. Furthermore, they insisted on having my payment information on file Even though I don’t pay pay for my medication, my insurance covers the 100%. What a nightmare this afternoon has been trying to navigate their website was extremely difficult and if you don’t remember the phone number that you used when you initially became a customer with Rite Aid , That was 15 years ago ago for me, Well, good luck with that a nightmare just a nightmare
