Just bought a weed eater and chain saw parts great service, only issue is employees don't know how to start or run equipment to show customers, I had to show the employee how which is ok, he learned something new, but should always have one employee who does just in case!! Otherwise very friendly staff and they do try hard to make sure they help you find what you need. If you want a more friendly/family feel go here over home Depot

I came here because I expected to get better customer service than I would get at the big box store… And they wouldn’t help me.
I have a blank key I needed cut, They won’t cut a key I didn’t buy here, so I said I would buy the key from them, but they don’t sell the key I need.

I will no longer shop here! I have been driving out of my way to shop here other than bigger businesses because they are smaller. I support smaller businesses because I am a small business owner, and I know what it’s like getting drowned out by the bigger companies. I have become very close with Robby Rise, one of the managers.
This is Rocky’s on us1 and Prima Vista. I’ve been shopping here for over 10 years. I went in today on my Vespa scooter to grab a couple mixing cups. I already had been walking around looking for the mixing cups for 5mins. With nobody asking me if I needed anything. Is all I got was a yell from the girl at the front telling me to come back up there (where is the customer service?, Maybe walk up to me and ask me quietly, instead she yelled, when I asked her why she told me because it’s easier to steal (very loud over the register making me feel like I’ve done something wrong when I didn’t. But women can have big purses. (My girlfriend’s purse is the same size), she had to yell it so the whole store looks at me. When I walked up to the front, she said we need you to leave your book bag here. I told her I was only grabbing something real quick and was going to be in and out. She got on the radio and next thing I know I had a 250 pound younger guy walking towards me, about 20 years old. He was pushing me out the door. To the point I had to react and tell him to back away. He kept walking towards me, I had to scream at him to back away. I get it you don’t want me in the store, but can you give me a second to understand why, policy or whatever I get it, BUT I should have never been treaded that way. I am a local blue collar worker who pushes every customer I have to you guy’s. That will not be happening anymore. In fact I will do the complete opposite.

I was asked to leave my bookbag at the front midway through shopping. Im not going to risk your employees going through my stuff, or letting someone else take it because they think I'm stealing. I went over to publix next door. They actually had mason jars for cheaper, which is what I needed today. I was also able to wear my bookbag while shopping. So it worked out for me today, but next time I need to pick up paint for my next set of houses; You guys are not even a consideration anymore. Goodbye
