I been coming here for some time now and since the middle of last year they have had so many different new masseurs. Today I had the worst experience with them. My masseuse did not know what she was doing at all to the point I had asked her mid way if I could get someone different.. she seemed disappointed and just asked for me to guide her with the pressure and kept asking every 5 seconds if it was “okay”. To avoid making a big fuss or having confrontation I just let her finish but it was dreadful to say the least.
honestly her technique was painful and even seems dangerous with the amount of pressure she kept putting on my spine. I don’t usually leave reviews because this is someone’s business but would rather people be aware.
I pretty set on not coming back. I kept my receipt and the stamped reward card If anyone needs me to validate me actually being there.

I’ve been here around 100 times and usually everything’s been fine, but my recent experience was disappointing. I called ahead to ask what time they closed, and they told me 9 PM. Then, I got a text saying I could come at 8:45 PM for a one-hour session. However, when I arrived, they insisted I do a 4-hands massage for only 30 minutes, or they wouldn’t be able to help me. The staff was really rude about it, which was frustrating after being a loyal customer. Not happy with how this visit turned out.

Seem like this place has gone down hill. I usually don't give review much but the women here seem older than before and they're not strong in deep tissue. Price has gone up too. Sad.

Amazing deep tissue massage by Lisa! I’ve been suffering from a slipped disk for the last two weeks. Then I pulled out my shoulder the other day. I’ve been in excruciating pain for three weeks. Pain medication does not work. I don’t sleep very well due to the pain, but I slept like a baby after my massage. I left feeling relaxed and pain-free for at least a day. I highly recommend this place, and I’ll be returning very soon. Thank you so much, Lisa!

I’ve been suffering from chronic pain most of my life and I’m pretty sensitive so massages at other places left me in pain for days and often very bruised. I’ve been scared to get a massage again but my body has been super sore from weight training recently and some pretty bad pain flare ups.

This was the first time my friend and I tried this place and Rosa Spa Massage is magical!!! I could tell that my massage therapist knew how to work out all the knots, knew exactly where to apply pressure and when to be gentle. She was so talented. The hot stones felt so soothing as well! I couldn’t have been more impressed! I felt so blissful, relaxed and less sore after the massage.

I can confidently say that I trust this place and will start to make this a regular part of my healing routine! I highly recommend the Swedish massage!!!

I had a horrible experience! I hate I didn’t get the name of the masseuse but she’s an older lady with a short haircut , I left in pain , I told her “ too hard” she eased up just a little bit but continued too roughly , she burned me with the hot stones, and her nails were too long and I felt the scratches . I have redness and scratches all over my back. Never again
