As I was already walking out the store due to not finding what I needed one of the ladies behind the register had an ugly/ rude look on her face and said “what are you looking for? “ This was after I had already been looking ( with no help) and I had already asked the other lady working there where to find the hair jewelry for braids. And when I asked she just pointed. I felt the negative energy right away. And I have been there before and have made a purchase in the past. The store itself looks cluttered. But it’s really about the treatment that turned me off this time. They come to America and treat Black Americans like we’re nothing. This is what starts to make some Americans racist against people from other countries that come here. Especially when we are not all raised to be racist. Be kind to others; especially when you are here making a good living from Americans supporting your business! And you are not better than Black Americans just because you’re from Africa.

The short African lady is rude and has a negative spirit. The whole establishment was very hot and musty with dust particles flying around and boxes full of hair accessories everywhere even in the walkways. The prices of the wigs and human hair bundles were way overpriced. The lady refused to give any discount even if I did choose to buy a wig for $400+ dollars this lady has no personality or even a caring bone in her body. She looked annoyed and even rolled her eyes. They want you to spend hundreds of dollars in their establishments but we get a nasty attitude in return. These people come to the United States expecting the American dream and to profit off of America. These people look down on Black folk but expect us to shop in their establishments. The way that whole store looks inside and out, I’m surprised the fire marshals haven’t shut it completely down. Do Not Shop Here there are better establishments elsewhere with way better customer service.

They over charge for there wigs order your wigs online will be much cheaper. Do your research on the wig u want and buy it online its cheaper they over charge here on lace fronts period.

Just went to this place and the lady was RUDE. First we walked in and could not find any staff. Walked around the whole store looking for someone who works there. It wasn't until I said "hello" that the last got up from under the counter. Yes, she was sitting under the counter. Then I asked questions about the contacts and she was more concerned with her phone then helping me. Then when I went to pay she rung me up, I inserted my card and waited and waited. And she just sat there scrolling on tiktok on her phone. I said hello? Ama she said insert your card. And I said it already is inserted. I said can you get off your phone and help me? And I said your customer service is really bad. And she said I don't know what is wrong with you people. You people have a problem. And I said thank you bye! Rude.

Not welcoming at all. Just went here with my gf. We needed a wig for our daughter, and rite away, the first question we asked, she cut us off and said "just tell me what u want!" Then the followed us all around the store, as if their products were gold. Very dirty and unkept. Then I was looking at the earrings and she literally wouldn't even let me hold them until she rung em up. There was 2 pairs I was looking at, and she rung up the most expensive ones when I wanted the other ones. Then when I tried to ask for them to simply hold them next to my ear, I practically had to pull them from her hand, she wanted to say no as if I couldn't touch em if I wasn't going to buy. And again, just because I asked, can I see the other ones, she then said "just tell me which ones!" Then my lil daughter just touched one of the wigs and she screamed across the store "no, u need to wear a head cap, oh may gawd!".... very rude service, we will not be going there again.

Came inside with my wife she picked up an item decided she no longer wanted the item put it back went looking on another isle for something different and the employee asked us if we put the item back? Are you serious what kind of question is that if it's not in my hand obviously we put it back we certainly didn't steal the item. I will never bring by business back to this establishment EVER again !!
