I debated reviewing but after some thought I find it necessary as Kim was unprofessional toward me, Several occasions I had contacted Kim to make an appointment I wasn't able to do so each time which I understand schedules fill up I get it, However I learned through a mutual friend back in September that Kim had me scheduled for an appointment September 20th , September 3rd I messaged her to verify To which she told me she in fact did have me scheduled September 20th I cancelled that appointment that day, I still feel she mixed me up with another client since I did not have any messages reflecting an appointment made for myself on that day. Eventually I was able to make an appointment with her November 1st today, but due to unforeseen events I contacted Kim through Facebook Messenger(this is how I have done communication with her). I messaged Kim on Tuesday to inform her that I was not able to make the appointment. Kim then messaged me through Facebook this morning before she blocked me from responding ,this was her message as follows
"No dont bother scheduling with me again this is the 3rd time you have cancelled your appointment with me the day of! I or any other hairdresser wont put up with is! You have schedule 3 different times I have marked our 2.5 to 3 hours each time and each time you have cancelled on me not 24 hours not 48 hours but the day of! I dont run my business like that! Good luck in finding hairdressers that will!"
I had not cancelled more then twice and never the day of, regardless this was unprofessional, I get it people cancel things, things happen and it sucks but always remain professional. I work As a professional and no matter how you feel or if you feel like somebody has done you wrong in some way or that somebody has done something that you don't like you always save face and smile. I feel it wasnt necessary for Kim to be unprofessional and rude to me in regards to a canceled hair appointment I think it was completely uncalled for but to each their own just want to give a Google review in case anyone wants to schedule an appt with her, try your best not to cancel no matter what.
