I have had the pleasure of knowing Melissa for years through our local community of Zentangle artists, and her energy and positivity is absolutely infectious. I have had wanted to try Reiki for a very long time and when I was ready, Melissa was the first person that came to mind. I was able to schedule an appointment right away. Her studio space is so relaxing and inviting! Melissa explained what to expect in our session, and I was so relaxed the entire time. It was interesting to hear after how my chakras were reading to her, and I can absolutely say that I feel amazing after—very calm and centered, which was my intention for the visit. I intend to keep going for maintenance appointments. Now I know why this practice is so highly recommended and I could not think of a better person to share her gift with to help you in your wellness journey.

Melissa is an incredible reiki practitioner and teacher. She has an amazing ability to teach the history, principles and practices of reiki all while making you feel nurtured, supported and valued. I loved the way she structured her classes, presented the information, and provided opportunity for practice and experience. She is incredibly kind, caring, thorough and generous in her practice, both as a teacher and practitioner; and I really appreciate the way she offers supportive healing with a high caliber or ethics, morality and humanity. I had my first Reiki session with Melissa of Sacred Dreams Wellness recently. It was a very positive experience. She has the right energy for this method of therapy. I actually got relief for the first time in almost two years. I will definitely be seeing Melissa in the near future for more treatments.
