I have visited this hardware store many times and always been treated exceptionally well. I was in need of a chainsaw and decided to give them a call to inquire about models and services provided. I have another Ace closer to my house but Cole did a great job explaining things over the phone and offered to give me a little discount which I thought was great. When I came in the store and Jon explained the difference in models I was interested in and gave me his honest opinion. He gave me a great deal and I am very happy. I know I’ll be back for more . As always, the cashier was very helpful as well. I have been to many ace stores around Colorado but this one in Salida is number 1. Keep up the great work!

Been there a few times, and always felt that the place was really well-run until I went in there yesterday. Maybe she was just having a bad day, but the woman with long dark hair who checked me out was aggressively unfriendly. One word responses to my questions, super unhelpful. Surprising, because it seemed in the past that everyone working there was happy to be there.

I went there to get A soldering gun . The customer service was so helpful & kind. I also bought some cool Birthday cards. Ace Hardware was so fun & a very organized store. I even got some free fresh cooked popcorn ?. This is my favorite place to shop in Salida. Thanks to you all in the store today. GOD BLESS

Just went in for some screws, nuts and bolts. Had 2 staff members explain that we didn't have to put so much info on the slip showing how many we bought to save time on our next trip. Plus we got free popcorn!

The associate Matt was so helpful! He went above and beyond to cut and place a clear plexiglass piece into the broken passenger side window after I was broken into. Nice to receive such great service when going through this unpleasant experience of being robbed! Matt is a wonderful person! Before and after pics. Thank you.
