Came in just to look and the employee on duty would not leave us alone. It was borderline harassment. I told her that I was good and did not need help and she asked three more times. I just had to leave because I got so uncomfortable.

I have been coming to this Sally’s for years. Taylor has been the best employee I have ever met. With all my crazy questions from hair, nail and random other questions. She was beyond helpful! With mixing ideas and helping me with SO much. I hope she’s here next time I come here. I fully trust this lady.

This location is terrible. The staff does not seem to want to be there. Every manager I’ve seem seems to be phoning it in and or had an attitude. Nobody gives a hoot. The store looks dingy. The lighting is poor. The shelves are bare of many popular items. Restocking is not a priority. Tuesday they said they were out of bags so I had to walk out with my purchases in my hand. I should have returned them on the spot but didn’t think about it at the time. They didn’t seem to think it was a big deal or care. How do you run out of bags? When you see you are running low do you not have some overnighted? I have a sneaking suspicion, there were some in the back and they didn’t want to muster the energy to walk to the back and open the box,. The lady who checked me out was distant and appeared to be half asleep or worse. Her energy was off.

I am a (recovering?) product junkie and used to like browsing around Sally’s until I started dreading it (mostly this location).

Ethnic haircare products are low priority on re-stocking and shelf location. This appears to be intentional. In addition they are way overpriced compared to Target or Walmart for the same product.! Never again.

There’s a local beauty supply that I won’r name but the first word starts with a neighborhood name. Order from there or some of the smaller beauty supply stores. You would do better with Target or Walmart. That is sad to say.

I like this store! I prefer it to other beauty supply stores because I can always find hair products here at a great price. This particular location is a "clearance store", so products may be found marked down here that wouldn't be marked down anywhere else. They're not closing, they just get sent the clearance items that maybe just didn't sell well due to demographics somewhere else. The staff is helpful and friendly!

I wouldn't even give them one star if I could still write a review. I went there for the first time a few years back and the girl working the counter told me everything to get. She gave me directions and process timing. I was going from dark brown to blonde. She said she knew exactly what she was talking about. I spent over a 100 dollars. My hair was fried off completely. My hair was to my butt in length and it had fried and melted to my chin. I have never went back to this sallys beauty suppy sense then. Oh and they wouldn't even refund me for the products I bought. I should have sued them.

Do not buy your hair dryer's at Sally's . And whatever you do, don't buy the service plan! I have gone through two hairdryers in the last year so I decided to buy the service plan on the second one. The price of the dryer was $54.99 and the extended warranty was $8.99. When it malfunctioned after a few days shy of 6 months, I returned it to the store. I received a piece of paper with a phone number on it and went home to log onto the internet and register the issue. After 30 min of questions, I was congratulated and given another phone number to call to find out how to resolve my issue. I've wasted half a day and still have a broken hair dryer.
