I ordered a Black Friday deal. My order arrived today, BUT it is missing part of my order. I called the first time and I got a voicemail, hung up and called back and someone answered couldn’t really understand him, and all of a sudden a new person was on the phone. He looked at my order, and without me saying anything he knew what was missing, but told me to email with pictures showing it was missing. Haven’t heard anything back yet, praying they send the other part of my order since I paid a lot for the product, and I ordered it for a Christmas present, so now I’m stressing out. May come back with a different review depending on the outcome.

I bought PROADDICTION Hydrating Shampoo and Conditioner and I am not satisfied. When I compare the product from this store and from the original PROADDICTION websites: the smell is very different (specifically shampoo stinks like someone threw up inside of that bottle) and it's not even working as well. I would not recommend to buy this product from this store.

I had an issue with my order and David answered my call immediately. Within minutes I had a new tracking number, and the next day my order was fulfilled. David even went as far as to ask my preference for the shipping service used- truly above and beyond. I was looking for a clipper and trimmer combo to be shipped over-seas as a gift.
I did a lot of research and price checking prior to my call to Salon BackBar.
David was extremely helpful and experienced, Salon BackBar has many options.
I was calling from Canada, and David spent the time to explain all the ‘pros’ and ‘cons’ of each product line, unvarnished, without the sales BS.
I found that to be extremely honest and refreshing, because that is rare these days.
David gave me an excellent price, and helped me co-ordinate a complicated shipping process.
David was also very quick to follow-up on my messages, and email communications, that is also important and trustworthy.

Great sales experience from beginning to end! Found their website while browsing for specific clippers I wanted that were either sold out or severely price gouged everywhere else. They had all items I wanted in stock at great price and free shipping. Items were shipped well protected in box with bubble wrap and individually bagged items. I highly recommend them as a favorable alternative to amazon /ebay for salon products and wish them continued success with their business.
