Andrea & Steve did incredible work with my hair!!!! My hair cut & color is so beautiful I have been getting compliments-at least one- everywhere I go-grocery store, gym, convenience store, everywhere! I absolutely love what these artists did for me! I have never felt more confident or received so many compliments! I wasn’t looking for a new hair salon, but I am so glad I took the leap of faith & had Andrea & Steven do my hair!
Not only are they exceptionally talented, but they are empathetic, honest, kind & genuine! They truly want you to look & feel your best!!!
I hope to be a client of Steven & Andrea’s for a very long time!!!!

This was the most I’ve ever spent on a wash, blow dry and style but Skylar did a very nice job. The salon has a unique vibe and atmosphere which I love, and the owner, Andrea, was very welcoming. Thank you again!

I suffer from severe anxiety and I'm on medication and have been in out and out of hospital for weeks and my regular hairdresser was away on vacation. My roots needed doing, that why I need blonde in my hair to cover that not dark.I really didn't know what I was asking for or what, i was very sick that day. They stripped my hair and took all the blonde from it and now I look like Morticia. Two people have stated how awful it looks. I was left at the sink for about 25 minutes which hurt my neck as she had some treatment in my hair whilst she did another's hair. The hairstylist is all nice and helpful until you call her to get some money back. I didn't fully agree to everything she did as i was quite sick,, i felt i had to go along with it as I was there and I paid $625!!!!! I come from London and the prices aren't even that high there. She did offer to recorrect my hair but my trust was broken. I would avoid tbh, as they aren't worth that price at all. No compassion from one anxiety sufferer to another. Horrible really as we talked about our issues and how I'm suffering but not compassionate enough to refund some money.

I'm sure the owner will have her own story and justifications for that price (as usual) and what she did but honestly, it's inexcusable. Morally.
Also the salon is very dark inside and I couldn't really see the true darkness of my hair when inside. Only when i got into my car did I see the extent of how awful it looked. That didn't help.
I feel ripped off and upset.

My regular hairdresser saw it and was appalled tbh and is going to cost to get it back the way I like it. I did show a picture to the Draven owner of what I wanted so no excuses there.
I was crying over it and that is awful to have a customer that way.

What an awful expensive experience for me when I'm not feeling well.
I enclose before and after pics the back views is of how my hair looked before, perhaps a little blonder, the front view is now. Just awful.

Giti is my hair muse! I’ve been following her everywhere she goes because she’s the ONLY one I trust with my hair for the last 18 years. She turns my hair into the most beautiful work of art that I get compliments till the day I go back for her to do it all over. She can do magic with her colors even with my stubborn hair. Her experience being the color director at Panache and company speaks volumes for itself. I’m almost due again for my cut and balayage and I’m so excited to see what we’re going to do next!
