Presiosuras adornos para el jardin bellisimos

I would give 0 stars if I could. I was unfortunate enough to have to speak to the "owner" (never gave me his name) after sitting around for two days waiting for a delivery that never showed up (I am writing this on the third day still no delivery). This man had one of the absolute worst attitudes I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Very rude on the phone and giving us the "matter of fact" behavior. Telling us what we were saying wasn't true and having no idea what his employees are doing or saying to customers. I will go *out of my way* to avoid this store and other Ace Hardware stores, not even if they were the last hardware store around. I've never had this nonsense from Lowes or Home Depot..

I came in to use the bathroom. My car had broken down across the street and I'd been there for a while. The gentleman in the back of the store explained that there was no public restroom but i was welcome to use their private lavatory. As I was leaving, an older white lady with red Karen hair stopped me to ask had I found everything ok. I said actually I just needed to use the bathroom, to which she replied "oh see thats why were not doing that anymore". The young lady at the counter heard her smart remark. Mind you I'm 6 weeks pregnant and really had to go, so to be treated so unkindly by people in my own community makes me not want to shop from any small business.

I CAN'T SPEAK FOR ALL THE PEOPLE THAT WORK THERE, HOWEVER I ENCOUNTERED THE OWNER, I BELIEVE AND NOT ONLY WAS HE RUDE, HE SAW ME COMING TOWARDS THE DOORS OF THE STORE AND LITERALLY PULLED THE DOOR CLOSE AS I WALKING TO ENTER THE STORE. AND YES HE SAW ME, HE LOOKED RIGHT AT ME WHILE PULLING IT SHUT. HE STOPPED AT THE FRONT, I WALKED TO THE BACK TO PICK UP MY PACKAGE, HE THEN FOLLOWED ME TO THE BACK WENT AROUND THE COUNTER, AND I ASKED ME WHAT I NEEDED, I TOLD HIM, HE FIRST SAID IT WOULD BE AT THE FRONT, I STATED NO ITS BACK HERE, HE THEN LOOKED IN THE BACK, AND CONFIRMED IT WAS THERE, HE WAS VERY SARCASTIC, AND RUDE FOR NO REASON AT ALL, AND ONTOP OF THAT, HE REFUSE TO GIVE ME MY PACKAGE. HE STATED HE HAD TO CHECK IT IN, I SAID OKAY, NO PROBLEM, I CAN WAIT, HE THEN SAYS, WHAT YOUR GONNA WAIT TILL FRIDAY OR LONGER, TILL I GET TO IT? I ASKED WHY DO I NEED TO WAIT THAT LONG WHEN I'M HERE AND IT'S ALREADY PAID FOR, IT WAS JUST DELIVERED HERE, HE SAID BECAUSE I HAVE OTHER PACKAGES BEFORE YOU, AND I'M NOT GONNA DROP WHAT I'M DOING TO GET TO YOURS. I THEN WENT TO THE FRONT AND SPOKE TO THE MAN AT THE DESK AND EXPLAINED TO HIM I HAD A PACKAGE THAT WAS DELIVERED, THAT I JUST WANTED TO PICK UP, AND WHY DID I NEED TO WAIT THREE DAYS TO DO THAT HE SAT BACK IN HIS CHAIR FOLDED HIS ARMS AND HAD A LOOK ON HIS FACE, LIKE WHAT DO YOU MEAN HE THEN SAYS YOU DON'T HAVE TO WAIT, ALL HE HAD TO DO IS CHECK IT IN, THEN HE MUST OF REALIZED THAT I WAS JUST TOLD THAT, SO HE THEN SAID MAYBE HE DOESN'T HAVE THE TIME, MAYBE HE WILL FRIDAY. I JUST SAID OKAY THANK YOU AND GOT IN MY CAR. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN NOR DO I RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE OF COLOR. HE CLEARLY HAD IT OUT FOR ME WHEN HE SAW ME IN THE PARKING LOT. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL THE OWNER WAS. I DID NOT LEAVE WITH MY PACKAGE.

On Tuesday, July 2 - we were working near this location on a home project and we are not from the area. The specific part we needed was not available at Lowe’s, but we found it was at this location of Ace Hardware. We hurried to the location to grab the part we needed prior to their closing at 6pm. We pulled into the parking lot up to the front door at 5:55pm. The door was locked. My husband waved to a man inside who motioned us off saying they were closed. We sat in the parking lot trying to figure out what to do next. All 3 employees proceeded to walk out the door to their cars at 5:58pm. I drove over and asked if they closed early for some reason today. The man smiled and laughed and said, nope, closed at 6pm. I kindly let him know that we were from out of town and needed one specific piece of hardware. And that the current time was 5:58. He laughed and got into his car. Now I’m sitting at Home Depot in Virginia writing this review as I’ve had to spend an extra 2 hours of my day because of their kindness to close early and laugh at us. A really disappointing experience and I’d like to make sure the owner is aware.
