There are not words beautiful enough to express my experience with Theresa at Saving Face Skin Solutions. I walked into her adorable salon space and immediately felt a release of tension and stress and a welcoming of kindness and compassion. Not only is her esthetician style lovely and gentle (the most gentle extractions I’ve ever experienced!) but her personality exudes love and generosity. She went out of her way to help me in a difficult time, to help me feel beautiful when my skin was not previously in a good place, and I left there feeling so relaxed yet energized, full of gratitude and hope all at once. She took care of my skin to every possible extent—I have never in my life received such care and kindness all at once. She is a gem right here in Aptos and I urge you to pay her a visit!

Tammy offers free initial consultations -- I had many questions and concerns as I had never had any facial treatments done (other than an occasional facial). I found her to be inviting, warm, friendly and very patient as she listened to my questions, concerns and goals. She then addressed each and every need, question and concern I had providing a wealth of knowledge and detailed explanations as well as offering several different options to achieve my goal(s) and address my skin care needs. I felt immediately comfortable in her presence, felt heard and understood and have now gone for two out of four treatments. Tammy explains each step of the way, and is a nurturing and calming presence as she does her magic.
Her salon is inviting, calming, peaceful and an elegantly simple oasis. It has been a pleasure and a treat working with her and I look forward to more! I am very happy with the results so far, and can't say enough about Tammy's work!
Tammy checks in in-between treatments and I really appreciate that attentiveness and care. I have also been really happy with the results of her PCA Skin products which I have been using for about a month now. I feel like my skin / face has never looked or felt better. I went to Aptos to visit a friend and he made us appointments with Tammy and I am so happy I treated myself! She is AWESOME. Her studio is fantastic, calm, clean and elegant. Tammy is so sweet and kind and professional. The best thing was that I really felt she CARED about my skin and about making me feel good and that what she was doing would help me. Everything she did was custom-made and afterward, my skin was glowing. I would go back in a second.

I can honestly say that the best facial I have ever had is by Tammy at Saving Face. Her space is very clean and relaxing. She is always on time, and gives her full attention to the situation. Every time I have been to her she really goes the extra mile to make sure I’m comfortable and relaxed. Before she’s done with the facial, she incorporates some upper body massage which feels amazing! My skin always feels and looks great after my appointments with her.

If there were an option for 100 stars, Tammy would’ve earned every single one! She is the best esthetician I have ever worked with, who offers the most incredible services and makes you feel like a queen (or king) all the time, no matter what. Her service, professionalism, and above all, skill is unmatched. I can’t imagine going anywhere else for my skincare & beauty needs! She is the easiest person in the world to work with, as she has never once failed to accommodate a busy schedule, and is also equipped to handle anything and everything in her GORGEOUS studio. (seriously...you at least have to go check it out. So beautiful, and such a perfect location) The services she provides are made for any and all skin types and you’ll have no problem at all finding one that works for you! And once you find it, I promise you’ll be hooked! Every person that I’ve referred to Tammy has come back positively glowing, with an overwhelming amount of kind words to sing her praises! It doesn’t hurt that she’s also the funniest, sweetest & most understanding woman in the world! THERE ARE TOO MANY NICE THINGS TO SAY FOR JUST ONE REVIEW!! Can’t recommend highly enough!! Tammy is the best esthetician offering very professional and incredible services I ever worked with. She takes her time to get to know you and your skin needs. I love how she takes her time to explain what is going on with your skin and ways to take a better care of your skin. She answered all my questions in detail and made sure I understand every aspect of my skin and how to take care of it in the future!
I purchased a few products and totally seeing the result of the facial and using those products on my face.

Tammy is amazing!!! Her facials are thorough, relaxing and informative- she always goes above and beyond- and she has a natural healing way that makes you feel rejuvenated at the end of a session. I always feel 10 years younger after seeing her- she has state of the art equipment that really works with different options for different types of skin. I usually fall asleep halfway through because her table is so comfortable.
