After experiencing pain from a workout injury. I decided to book a massage therapy session with Selina and she did an amazing job. The atmosphere was very peaceful and inviting. She was very focused on working on my problematic areas and I felt so much better by the time she was done. I have made her my go to for whenever I need a massage. Training with Selina is one of the BEST health/wellness decisions I have ever made for myself! As a certified health coach, you can imagine that I am very selective when it comes to working with and referring other health professionals … and Selina is truly amazing. She is extremely knowledgeable about “all things fitness” and completely dedicated to her clients’ progress. During our first session, I knew right away that I could trust her to design just the right kind of training program for me and what my personal goals were, and also to keep modifying that as I progressed. I had been looking for some group classes to build strength and resilience, and her group classes are even better and more effective than I was hoping for. Accountability is such a huge part of the process, plus Selina always manages to keep our classes fresh and interesting. I feel great, and get a lot of nice compliments on fit I look. Best personal win so far: My pre-pandemic work clothes are too big for me now. Zero regrets about working with Selina … AND needing to upgrade my wardrobe.

Selina is an excellent trainer and massage therapist. With her watchful eye and expertise, she makes sure that each exercise is performed correctly to reduce the possibility of getting hurt. I always feel just sore enough to know that I’ve had a great workout. Then when it’s time, she will wrestle all those sore muscles into submission through massage. In addition, she attracts a great clientele that are very supportive and great to workout with.
