WOW! This place was so amazing! I got a facial from Desiree! She did so amazing 10/10 highly recommend! I got Derma-planing for the first time ever! She did so well because I was a little nervous ! But she made sure I was taken care of and comfortable ! Check this place out! Will def be back!

I cannot speak enough of the top notch service I received at Skin! My esthetician Ashley Davies is the BEST! She kindly greeted me at the front, offered me a water and showed me my private room. The salon itself is beautiful, welcoming, charming and calming. There are private rooms throughout for all services offered. I was led to a private room for my hydra facial. I have never gotten a facial before and let me tell you! My skin has never felt so relaxed, refreshed, hydrated and youthful! WORTH IT! You will feel like a queen walking out of here! Ashley was thorough and knowledgeable of all their skin care products. Since it was my first facial she described every step in detail and the benefits their facials offered. I was scared I would have a bad reaction due to sensitive skin and redness. But no! I was blown away! My facial started with a mild stretch, cleanser, she also used a wand that creates a water vortex to cleanse the skin, then she added the lavender and oatmeal face mask followed by a jade mask (that was heaven, lol) all this and she did a lymphatic massage. All of this felt amazing! I cannot believe my skin looks so good!

They also offer all of their products for purchase which I believe will keep me coming back for more 😉 Do not hesitate and make that appointment with Skin In The Ranch and go for Ashley! She truly is the best!

I’m one of those people who relishes in spa treatments on my travels, so I’ve quite literally been in the hands of hundreds of different estheticians all over the world—and the best experience I’ve ever had was here.

Kristi and her team are skin experts, who also have an innate feel for relaxation, touch and luxury. My “facials” here are much more than slapping product on... it’s a hybrid of massage with medical-grade skincare and technical equipment.

Her facials are not one-size-fits-all. Every time I’ve been here, Kristi customizes the treatment to fit what my skin needs that day. The result always has me leaving with glowing skin.

She also carries Biologique Recherche (which is what she uses on you during the treatment), which is the holy grail of skin care. It’s expensive, but it works.

Being of African American descent it is often hard to find a good esthetician because not everyone is knowledgeable in our skin. But man, am I proud I found Kris. She took me from hormonal acne and hyperpigmentation to clear skin. She is by far theee best esthetician I have EVER had. She goes above and beyond to ensure that all your skin care needs are met with luxury and relaxation. I don’t think a better combo exist lol I have been a client for about 5 years now and I won’t let anyone else touch my face. Thank you for all your hard work and dedication Kris it does not go unnoticed.

I see Kris for dermaplaning and facials for the last year. She is, hands down, the best esthetician in San Diego. At 44, I have smoother skin and diminished pores in my cheeks. Her product line is terrific as well. It helps keep the appearance of a fresh facial between treatments. I'm thrilled to have her in my neighborhood! Rancho Santa Fe just got lucky!
