I literally hesitated when I saw the sign before going in and leaving, stating they are not responsible for any damages. The hood of my car is scratched all over from the dryer!! This car is less than a year old. To top it off the car wasn't even washed. The pictures don't do it any justice.

Every time I've come here, I've left with a problem -- this time my entire wiper mechanism is broken due to their dated drying equipment.

Typical monopoly mentality from this owner -- offer the bare minimum service because it's the only option in the community.

Would it kill a business owner to greet a customer in a kind way and thank you for coming to your car wash? I come to this car wash ever so often as it’s convenient and a good price, but I will not return due to the fact that I was treated rudely and, my car wasn’t even washed that well. The gentleman washed the right side of my car with the brush, but the lady that was rude. Just threw her brush in the bucket and went into her office. I never even interacted with her besides to what I want, and she never spoke a word or thanked me. I get it. It’s just a car but kindness and being polite goes along way.

The women taking the payment acted like I was not speaking to her an ignored me when I repeated my question. She simply sent my car thru immediately no brushing the dirt cacked on even though I paid for 8 dollar car wash an asked her to three times. I will never go back. I will go out of my way to get my car washed where rude is not customer service. Extortion should not be rewarded. ☹️ She was grooming me to know I must tip her to get a clean car.

Went by there yesterday..:the lady pushed the button before spraying or pre washing…she literally ran the brush on the right side once and the back of the car once. The worst part is that I have a bunch of horizontal scratch marks on the side of my car that I noticed this morning!! Avoid this car wash!!!! absolute shame!! I hope they can get buffed out!

last few trips have been very disappointing. car still has salt and silt all over it, and windows are still dirty. will look elsewhere for drive-thru wash. 25c carwash is far superior to this, especially at $8 a pop

Horrible. Over priced. The guy isn't friendly. Terrible car wash. Doesn't dry. The big plastic thing hits your car at the end. I've given it a try twice and never again. Nope. Zero stars. They need to demolish it.

No matter which car wash you buy, dirt and missed spots will remain. Worst car wash I've been to. More disappointed in myself for continuing to go every few months to give it another chance. No more.
