I had an amazing experience with this deep tissue massage! From the start, he was incredibly friendly and welcoming, putting me at ease right away. Throughout the session, he took the time to explain exactly what he was doing, pointing out specific muscles and areas he was working on and explaining how they related to the tension I’d been feeling. His willingness to share this knowledge made the experience feel personalized and reassuring. I walked away feeling so much better, with a deeper understanding of how to maintain these results. I had severe pain in leg for months. Rob was very friendly and wss able to identify the muscles involved. he work them, tht was very painful but Necessary. He then showed actually how to stretch them to prevent this from happening again.The process took 2 wks n stretching Often. I was skeptical but I'm starting to finally see results and couldn't be happier...

My daughter had some severe pain in her upper thigh/glute area from over use. (She is a runner) He had her show him on a picture where her pain was. With in the hour appointment, her pain had been relieved and her range of motion is back! He gave her some stretches to do, explained and showed her how to do them properly. I've dealt with some chronic pain issues since I was a kid, others came up more recently, and Mr. Lovig was able to help with a lot of them. It took 2 sessions to work on all the different areas I was having issues with. My shoulder and hip were two that were bugging me the most at the time. Since going several months ago I've had way less pain than before, and when they start acting up I do the stretches he showed me and the pain usually goes away.
My lower back was also really tight, it had been getting worse over several years, my guess is it was mostly from driving. The relief from having my back muscles released was amazing, it felt so good to be able to relax my back again.
I definitely recommend Mr. Lovig for all your muscular tightness and pain issues! He knows what he's doing, is easy to get along with, and listens to you to get a thorough knowledge of what you need.

I had been dealing with shoulder & neck pain for a number of weeks. My symptoms have greatly improved thanks to Rob Lovig's massage techniques. The range of motion in my neck is substantially better.

I saw Rob offsite when he visited my workplace. While his schedule was hectic (and probably stressful), it was clear that he truly cares about his patients. He took the time to explain many of the techniques he was using. Likewise, he taught me some exercises/stretches to do on my own to continue to improve my condition. His explanations were exceptionally clear and easy to learn.

Overall, it was a very positive experience.

I have dealt with fluctuating lower back issues since college sports in the late 1990s. I've been able to do what I wanted since then physically and sometimes even competitively, but it always came with a nagging pain price tag that never really went away. I found out about Rob from a friend and set up an appointment. He is very down to earth. I had a ton of questions and he openly shared a great deal of body mechanics information during the session. Just one treatment had a big impact on the pain I had and it appears to be getting better each day forward. I really regret not meeting him sooner. I highly recommend him!

Rob knows what he's doing, plain and simple! I went to him a little apprehensive as I had been to multiple physical therapists and other types of treatment for my reoccurring shoulder/back pains. Funny enough, I've never been to a practice like his, it's just hard to describe! I had muscles released I didn't know would be possible and the range of motion with my shoulder improved significantly within 10 minutes... it was almost unfathomable as physical therapy and other methods of the type really did nothing for months... 10 minutes with Rob I noticed instant improvement that stayed with me... even to this day! Rob is out for the business aspect as well, but another great thing about his practice is that he's out to fix problems and not suppress them. After a few visits you might not necessarily need to see Rob again, and he's ok with that, rare to find an ethical person amongst his career field
