I’m not the type to get regular massages, I just don’t really feel like I need them as I’m a pretty low stress guy. However I’ve been experiencing some elbow pain due to an overuse injury related to my occupation. I’ve seen my chiropractor a few times about it which brought some relief, but it’s still been bugging me a lot.

My wife has been seeing Stephanie for a couple years now, and booked me a 2hr appointment with her (knowing I’d never do it myself). I had the appointment yesterday, and I’m SO glad I did.

I could instantly tell that Stephanie has a deep knowledge of all the muscles and connective tissues, knowing that where it hurt was not necessarily where the problem was originating. She confessed that she loves the challenge of finding those pesky source knots/tensions/misbehaving parts, almost like a detective solving a crime. Stephanie is a talented massage therapist and though she might not add it to her offerings, energy healer. I’ve gotten multiple massages from her and there is no practitioner quite like her. She can immediately find your knots and problem zones and painstakingly work them out while simultaneously putting you into a trance state. She can also melt you into oblivion with her Swedish massage and I never know what she is doing or how many hands she has.but it feels like a lot more than 2. She has a grounded earthy energy that is soft, feminine and welcoming as well as strong, caring and masculine. A perfect balance for a body worker. You can tell she is well versed in anatomy and has a lot of experience with massage. Sometimes I come out of her massages like I’ve jumped into a star tunnel meditation and was just pulled back to the earth and magically everything that hurt before is now feeling relaxed warm and glowing. I recommend Stephanie before a chiropractor because so much of our ails are rooted in muscle and fascia… and that’s her magic working place. I doubt massage is Stephanie’s sole purpose but I don’t doubt it’s her soul’s purpose to heal people with body work. Book it, you won’t regret it.
