Zoë is my beauty guru!! I’ve been seeing her consistently for almost a year for my lash extensions and I will literally never go to anyone else (you’re stuck with me Zoë)! She uses high quality, non-toxic materials that never irritate my skin. My natural lashes are long and healthy and I believe it’s because of her expert technique and industry knowledge. She is truly the best and it shows!

I used to go to her before she went off on her own. I met her when she worked for Diamond Lashes. As an employee she was great to work with because she wasn't bad at what she did and was always reliable. Once she started her business and moved to Menifee she offered to do mobile days for the old clients that she had stolen from the business. I scheduled two 2week fills with her and had another one week fill (think of how much business and money she made from me just within a month of going on her own, valued customer wouldn't you say?), I told her I need the one week fill as I am going to a wedding and will be a brides maid and its a special occasion, she booked me and on the day of the appointment (one day before the wedding) she cancelled! When I expressed I was upset and put in a bad spot since its last minute instead of making things right she responded and said, you should find a new lash lady!

If you are looking for someone that doesn't value your business, is young an inexperienced, unprofessional to work with, she will be your girl. If service, professionalism and reliability is important to you, you should consider booking with soemone else.
