You get what you pay for. Even the ultimate package which is the most expensive one they have is just garbage. The formula leaves the car with spots and streaks. Many of the vacuums have weak suction. Overall I’m not impressed and would rather do it myself. Not convenient, not a good experience nor a great product.

Used to be good, not so any longer. Doesn’t clean yr car, whichever plan you pay. Free vacuum is great but not when I have to wash car when I get home, again. I’ve been going for 15 years but probably won’t be back

I am quite dissatisfied with the service I received today. The dryer proved ineffective, leaving the entire car and my front windshield excessively wet, which made it unsafe to drive without wiping it down first. Additionally, a yellow residue remained on my car, suggesting that a crucial step in the cleaning process was not fully completed. In hindsight, I realize I could have accomplished this myself for a fraction of the cost. I will not be returning for future services.

It's a nice car wash. The cars come out very clean. The only problem is the air dryers don't get your car very dry. So I have to dry my car by hand. There's usually a lot of water left on my car.

I’ve been going here since they opened with the same car. The other day, someone directed me in and cracked the entire rim of my back wheel. When you’re directing someone in, the front wheel is what they direct in. Their excuse to me was it’s a Tesla and that happens with the Teslas. There was no offer to compensate, also, there’s no written warnings that if you drive a Tesla, you can expect this to happen. and then when I asked about canceling it since they suggested This always happens with Teslas, even though I’ve been coming here for years and it hasn’t happened… They decided to tell me a manager would call me. I could’ve signed something there and when I called the next day because I hadn’t heard from the manager They said I have to cancel by email and there’s no reimbursement for the remainder of the month so they destroy my hubcap, apologized for it and said that’s what happens with Teslas and then give me a difficult time canceling. I do not recommend this place at all And I do agree with the previous reviews that it doesn’t really clean your car that well. I’m left with lots of dirt and scuffs still on my car after going through
