Absolutely Amazing Experience!

After years of not wearing earrings, I finally decided to get my ears pierced again—and I couldn’t have picked a better place! From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted and quickly taken to a chair, where the whole process was handled with professionalism and care. The atmosphere is fantastic, and the staff is beyond amazing!

What truly blew me away was the honesty—turns out my holes just needed to be reopened, so instead of charging me the full price, she gave me a much lower rate. That kind of integrity and customer care is rare and so appreciated!

Abbey is awesome! She has pierced my nose, tragus, forward helix, and yesterday she pierced my rook. I have had great experiences with every piercing. She provided a clean, comfortable and relaxed environment to get pierced in. Super professional and cares so much about her work and results of each piercing. She has helped me with downsizing jewelry and jewelry changes/upgrades. I’m so incredibly happy with each piercing Abbey has done for me. Abbey is so talented! I got a piercing on an intimate area with her and she was so amazing through the process. She was very professional with everything, from actively ensuring everything was clean and sanitized, to making me feel super comfortable while I am quite literally laying there with my pants off. She was also so kind to maintain communication with me after my initial piercing to help me troubleshoot and provide amazing solutions to some concerns I had! She is also very great at recommending piercings and is very honest about what may or may not work for you. I am so glad I did my research with who I should get pierced with in this area and I am soooo happy to have found Abbey 🙂 I will be back for way more once I get my money up 🫢

Super happy about my experience here. I haven’t had my ears pierced since I was 9 so I was super unsure and anxious despite wanting to have these done for years now. Abbey was super friendly from the start and put me at ease. I did the one hour curating experience which gave me time to talk about my vision for what I wanted. She showed me all of my options, educated me very well on everything(which I loved because I’m an anxious girly), and she never made me feel pressured. She hyped me up about my picks as well too which again just felt great.

She showed me everything on my ear before we started so I really got to see and pick how I wanted everything and when it came to the scariest part, it wasn’t scary at all. She did it in a specific order so it wouldn’t hurt much, and talked and laughed with me the whole time.

Overall, this was such a good experience and not only do I want to come back with my friend next time, but I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone that asks. And I have a feeling they will ask because look how pretty this turned out!

I had my nose pierced by Abby. She was very quick and professional. I chose the smallest jewerly size which had to be changed a couple days later after I accidentally scratched it. Abby got me back at the shop and make sure this was taken care of.
