Absolutely great piercing experience thanks to Katie, and highly recommend anyone to go see her! It was a little busy as it was a Saturday morning and they had just opened however it moved at a quick pace. I ended up with 2 piercings (came for 3 but 1 was still open) and she was very thorough in every aspect including after care. Great selection of jewelry, with a lot of options for any budget however I ended up going with some more expensive pieces. They don't accept outside jewelry to use for piercings which makes sense with the standards they have to follow. Dylan who does tattoos here has done all of my tattoo work and would highly recommend him as well!!

Elizabeth pierced my nose and she did an amazing job. She’s very professional and informative. I also LOVED how clean their shop was so that made me feel safe to get pierced here! I travelled here from Indiana and i’m grateful I did!🥰

Amazing shop just go see for yourself!
Atmosphere is right on point and it's always spotless. I got my first tattoo by Dylan ten years ago and have been going to him for my tattoo needs ever since . He's very knowledgeable in both the tattoo and healing process and will gladly walk you through everything you need to know.If you have a specicific design or looking for something custom his work is amazing and never disappoints.When I get compliments about my tattoos and they find out Dylan was the one who did them. Nine times out of ten I get the "should of known" response. His work speaks for itself!

I've gotten multiple piercings at this shop now, and I will keep coming back! If you are looking for a clean, friendly, and professional service, this is the place! I needed a nose piercing fixed (got it at another shop many years ago) and the piercer spent her time making sure it was the right angle/spot to perfectly align with the piercing I have on the other side of my nose. Thank you for another great experience!

Best tattoo and piercing shop in West Michigan! I’ve been coming here for all of my piercing needs, including multiple jewelry changes and retainers for medical procedures for a while and the staff are always so kind, patient, and professional. Nate Wilson is currently my go to artist for anything original / American traditional, he’s so talented and his work always heals so well! I will continue to work with the staff here for a long time ( or until I run out of tattoos and piercings to get! ) 🥹

I got my lip and tongue pierced 2 weeks ago today. They were super friendly and laid back here. I was a walk in and had to wait but the place is nice. Elizabeth told me everything that was going to happen and made me feel relaxed and comfortable. I went to get my lip bar downsized today. They were just as nice and professional as when they pierced them. I will go there for more piercings and maybe tattoos one day. If you want to a tattoo or piercings check this place out.

Went in for some body jewelry & the service was above and beyond! Not only do they have great quality jewelry, but they’ll take the time to work with you to find exactly what is best. Super friendly & helpful. Cannot recommend enough & will definitely be coming back for some tattoos & piercings.

Went for a 6 year old ear piercing and the 2 girls were so great with her! They explained everything and made her feel very comfortable. I would highly recommend this place! Very night, fun, professional and very clean!
