WORST NAIL SALON in the US!!! They ruined and bruised my nails. Yes they caused me actual bruises. Their method of removing acrylic nails is by pushing a fake nail in between with force and damaging your nails. They are unfriendly and brutal. Also I asked for clear nail polish and that rude lady put base on my nails including the cuts she caused me by their unorthodox methods!! My advice avoid this place at all costs because days later I’m still in pain. My question is how can the California Board of Barbering and Cosmetology give them a license! They caused serious damage to my nails!!

Called around 10:30am on a weekday to make sure if appt is needed before I go! Came in 10 mins after confirming by the lady that no appt needed nor wait!
I then was told that I need to wait with no estimate waiting time provided n told me “ You can leave if you can’t wait!!!” Can’t believe what I heard!!!!

I was gonna give a shot even I see lots of negative reviews about this business! Now I know it’s Big NO NO for me!

DONT GO HERE!!!! Save your money and go anywhere else. I got a pedicure and manicure one week and two days ago on April 16th. I wanted to give a place nearby a shot! A week later I notice my nails randomly off. I was eating breakfast and randomly falls off than an hour later I'm walking my daughter in the park and another one comes off. I go to the store and show them the photos and complain . I asked for a refund because I have a baby and I can't get it fixed nor do I want it fixed. I paid $60!!!! She said ok she took a photo of my debit card and account/routing number. She said she'll call me once she refunds me about 10 minutes later when I arrive home I get a call and her saying she can't refund me it's been 10 days excuse me what? Now I'm worried for financial security . Definitely unprofessional and arrogant. I've submitted a complaint to the board of cosmetology.

How do you even get an appointment? They won't ever answer their phone. I've walked in and been turned away twice and now no one will answer. I will find a new salon.

Excellent nail technicians. I went in for a mani pedi and they really did a great job. My fiancé went in for acrylic with a reference photo and they were able to reproduce the style. Will be coming back!

TERRIBLE SERVICE HIGH PRICES!! The techs at this salon need training. I have tried multiple times to give them benefit of the doubt. Scraped my fingers, sloppy nail painting, nicked with drill. Go somewhere else!

They’re a little pricey for the fills, but it’s worth it. They do a good job.

I love that we can visually see their sterilization protocol after a service. It’s clean, the ladies are nice, and do a great manicure and pedicure. I find there’s always availability and consistent pricing.
