I’ve tanned here for years. I was just made aware that there’s new ownership, which could maybe explain the issue. I always buy the high pressure bed packages. There is only two high pressure beds there. One being a stand up and the other a lay down. The lay down is constantly broken, so I am paying for the most expensive package to be left to just use the stand up. Before I would always be able to downgrade and just use a regular bed. I recently had a knee injury and can’t stand long periods until it heals. Today I went in, the lay down was broke (again) so I said that’s fine, I’ll take a regular bed! The girl working tried charging me $11! She said I bought the high pressure package so I can only use those beds! Now I could understand if I was trying to use a more expensive bed but I was downgrading because the beds I PAY FOR are broke. Anyways I still have tans left there but that was the very last time I will be going here.

I bought a package of ten visits at Sunworks Tanning in Uniontown PA in 2021. Due to health issues I had to stop tanning for a while. I called them at the end of December 2024 and queried about my remaining sessions. The woman told me I had used one and had nine sessions left. I went soon after that and had a session. The girl there told me she wasn’t sure and would speak with the owner. I just went there now and the manager informed me tan’s expire after a year. A year and the money I exchanged for those tans just disappeared! Not very good business in my opinion. If I give you money, I expect the product/service/exchange.

You just walk in and they know ur name and which bed you like. They have so many beds, u never have to wait. The staff is so nice. I'll continue going here for years. Also, not too expensive, I think it a great price and they r open great hours.

I have been coming to the Sunworks on and off for over 5 years but since the current owner took over, this place is 10x better and the staff are all SO incredible kind and always make me feel so welcomed. I won’t go anywhere else!

Went here a few times an I’m disappointed in this last time. I was told there’s one high pressure bed so I go in an ask for that. Paid for my tan went back got my lotion on started the bed and get in. Next thing I know the girl working is knocking on the door telling me I have to get out an go to a different bed? So you have a customer that comes in after me that wants the same bed an you decide to kick me out of it. Smh Needless to say I just took my money back an left.

The Best Tanning Place 💕. Their beds are taken very good care of. Their bulbs are changed on time It’s very clean The staff are so friendly and helpful. A must go to tanning salon 💕.
