Please be very careful shopping here. They are sneaky so add up your total before you get to the register. The newest cashier here(a middle aged woman, light skin overweight with short hair) peeled the sticker off of a marked down item and tried to charge me the original price. When I tried to speak to the owner about the issue, he tried to just give me store credit instead of my change. He eventually told me he didn’t want to listen to me about it and tossed me back my money including what I was overcharged. Disrespectful and unprofessional ontop of being sketchy. I will never go to the store again.

1st time I'm going to that beauty supply today. I bought some black stretch shorts for 4.99 price is on the tag of the short. But I was over charged. By 2.13 cents yes I count money. They charge me on my receipt for 6.99 on the shorts clearly that's false advertising on pricing of their merchandise. Probably won't go back there no time soon.

My 1st time here today and it's awesome nice products huge store plenty of hair, wigs, all types of colors, cute clothes, Jewelry..pretty much whatever you're looking for and some! The two African American ladies are great help!!! Definitely going back there to get more things when needed.

This beauty supply store is newer then before. A whole different layout and look. I think when you have a store of any kind you should have employees that are very knowledgable of all the products in your store. Examples someone should be able to assist with hair extension and other products. But overall I like the new look they just need better Customer Service when it comes to them hiring employees who can assist the customers coming in to spend money.

I just moved to this area and I regret that this is the closest beauty near me. Besides the fact that this store is ghetto, over priced, and everything is thrown everywhere, the young lady that works them gives off a sexist presence and seems quite irritated by me asking her where things are. Also I noticed that she is quick to say "no" When I ask if they carry certain item. If this young lady was paid commission, she'd be more helpful to customers.

I one of my favorite beauty supply to go to. There's a black lady that works there's sorry don't know here name. But she's really helpful,been going there for years and she's always helpful. She knows about the product's and she doesn't hair. Very helpful

This place is price gouging. They’re prices for stuff are way higher than a lot of beauty supplies. It’s sad to say I’ve been coming to this beauty supply for years since it’s literally the next block to my house but I literally had stopped coming here to go to a different beauty supply.
