Despite multiple signs advertising AND A PRICE list that states $40+, this place does not offer waxing or any kind according to the older slender Indian woman working within.

I waited about 10mins bcos the younger Indian woman was with a client so the older lady finally comes out. I state what I would like, a full face wax, and point to the sign with the price. Her response was, “no I have no idea what you’re referring to, maybe another place can do for you”. I ask why do you have signs & prices for something you don’t offer & there was no response so I just walk out frustrated.

I have been getting threaded for about 15 years now and this has been the worst threading experience I have ever had. I’ve left with bleeding cuts all over my face and neck, and it has been the most pain I have ever felt. Again, I have been getting threaded for 15 years and am usually completely accustomed to pain, but I left here in tears. I usually don’t leave reviews but I want to save someone else from getting their skin torn apart. Would STRONGLY advise against coming here.

Very clean place, if its crowded you're not waiting long because they're fast but precise. The lady that I see is always super nice! And they have a rewards program!

No boubt they do great eyebrow. However the sanitary is what has me shocked. I came in on a weekend, very busy day. I notice a few things that needs to be different. #1. Please change gloves after every person. I noticed she didn't change gloves ,went to the register, touched money and came right back to do the next person eyebrows. Repeat, new customer, touched money, goes back to do there's without changing gloves
Those used gloves are touching the other person's face, not just their eyebrows. #2. Stop using the same spoolie on everyone. While waiting for my turn,I witnessed the lady use that same spoolie on 5 different customers. #3. Stop using the same eyebrow scissor on the same customers. Again I witnessed her use the same eyebrow scissors on 5 different people. Each customers needs a new spoolie and each customers should be trimmed with a clean pair of eyebrow scissors, not the pair that was just used by the last person.There's many contagious skin infections like:
Impetigo,Scabies, Molluscum contagiosum,ringworm,Chickenpox,
Shingles, Herpes Simplex and such more. A lot of people have oil glads that has bacteria too. Stop what you're doing and do better. By the way, those gloves she had on looked dirty.

I made the mistake of coming here instead of the usual place I go to. I was left with cuts and sore skin around my eyebrows. Never again.

Just got my eyebrows threaded here for the first time and I LOVE the amazing job that she did. Definitely will be going back, and I will be sure to tell others to visit!
